Swamp Thing has a TV show that just came out 2-3 years ago. It was one of the few good live action DC shows but got cancelled before it even premiered because of budget.

kinda. yall gotta get into some swamp thing and animal man. swamp thing = the green (and by extension the grey, the black/the rot and the clear as they pop up in his comics). the green connects all flora/plant life and the red connects all animal/fauna life which is how animal and vixen are able to mimic animal powers and abilities. its really quite fascinating

if you dont want to read swamp thing but get into the character: there is an animated series from the 90s, a live action show from 80s along with some movies, a 2010s show on hbo max, and he has been in dc animated films: justice league dark and justice league dark apokilips war aka films you need to react to, as well as in batman and harley quinn. yall gotta get into these dcau films man! do one a month or something

I dunno what they were trying to do with that singing bit, not my favorite. I'm with Lupa-san on this bit though: Roshi, fuckin' read Injustice and PLAY Injustice 1 and 2. Like COME. ON. We can't condone the tardiness to class, man. Your exposure to DC is only whatever Batman movies you saw, whatever crappy DC movies that's been coming out for the past decade, Young Justice, Harley Quinn and that terrible ass Injustice animated movie. Injustice is your brand of Roshi Justice. Lupa-san, capture Roshi, tape his eyes open and force him to read it. Make sure he sees every detailing in the ink or every line drawn and every word placed. Kidnap his immediate family if you gotta. You know where the dude lives, it'll be easy! Force him to eat the pages too so he can really absorb that content. You have the skillset Lupa-san. Just do it for yourself and for me and anyone who is begging Roshi ( throw Sheera in too she'd have a blast seeing the tomfoolery ) to get on the Injustice boat.

guess you gotta be into musicals to get the bit. the whole point of musicals is this: all the feelings and emotions the characters keep inside, they fully express in song vs having an open dialogue with the person they have conflict with. music is the ultimate truth revealer. sigh SO GOOD. and as far as characters go: thats just musical meisters thing. i mean it worked. both batman and catwoman were finally honest with each other: she just wants to hit it and then go about her business. he wants a relationship. they have both been avoiding this conversation and now everything is out in the open. what happens next is character development. seeing as how needy he is and how free spirited she is they are like harley and ivy: not meant to be. one is always going to be giving in to the other instead of being in an equal relationship with someone who gives as much as they take. i can see bats sticking around cause "some catwoman is better than no catwoman cause he cant be alone at all" but that is just not a healthy dynamic. bruce needs a hug

i agree to an extent. the caveat is: this is the best episode of the season for me. fun, funny, musical number, sexy hipster swamp thing, LOTS of catwoman. really no complaints other than: what happened with constantine

Love that they got Matt Ryan to voice Constantine. So thus far he has now portrayed the character in his own "Constantine" show on NBC, in "Arrow", several Arrowverse crossovers, multiple seasons of "Legends of Tomorrow", multiple DC Animated movies, and now Harley Quinn. I wouldn't doubt he'll be showing up as Constantine in a DCEU movie soon enough. Pretty cool
