Kevin Penkin is god tier. I listened to the OST while reading manga for the first time after the Trash Taste episode interviewing him - and it's incredible how much freedom they gave him to make whatever. I literally only watched Rising of Shield Hero for his music, and have been checking out Kinema Citrus studio stuff but they don't seem to have any other bangers

Kind grandpa to Faputa till the end. Wanted nothing but the best for her. Makes sense since the guilt of eating basically his grandkids. He probably sings to the children like Vueko as a way to make up for the guilt of living off her mom.

You can kind of tell which hollows are from the original group. They aren't happy to be seeing Faputa they don't have their hands clasped in prayer. They are looking at her like a coming tsunami.

Guys if you are really that worn out hold off on reacting. Like legit its better to find a proper time to react to a show instead of dishing everything out as fast as possible and being tired af. It pretty much just ruins the quality of what reactions are because its like you are watching a series but look over and your friend is halfway dozing off and not fully paying attention. That is the point of reactions. You get to watch and enjoy something with other people when you don't have friends around to do the same thing with you so you technically replace those friends in the context of watching shows. I know their is a good amount of anime coming up to have as reactions and its packed with good stuff compared to some other seasons of anime but at the same time you could have held off on dishing these out if it meant you were really capable of being engaged with the series again.

I am saying this because in the first like 10 minutes I already notice roshi and sheera doing the usual closing your eyes and forcing yourself to wake up type of thing. I am not shitting on them for it either. I am just pointing it out. I know the feeling of when you are either worn out or want to get some sleep but force yourself to stay awake. I have a night shift job I do it all the time.

The OST when Faputa shows up in the Village is dripping with Gold. By the way, neither the Villagers nor Faputa are in the wrong. It was Irumyuui's own wishes that transformed into this hellscape. Irumyuui wanted to save them, but Faputa cannot forgive the twisted way in which it went down, which was Irumyuui's babies having healing properties that saved the Villagers, and since the wishes were granted in such a TWISTED way that Irumyuui turned into something that wasn't even capable of speech and probably isn't even capable of thinking anymore. It is all just extremely unfortunate, but nobody had bad intentions. They all wanted to do their best to survive and keep each other safe. Faputa just cannot forgive it, and she is not wrong to feel that way, because it was extremely messed up stuff.

Man Pakkoyan (the purple cyclops) is so cute! I've said before but the anime actually skips a scene during their descent to the golden city where Pakkoyan and Vuekko smashed while everyone was asleep. Such an L haha Her staring at Vueko at 4:15 was adorable. Like "... do you... does she remember me... should I say something?..."
