time skip goes crazy! this man is falling apart its almost comical at this point lol

Comments

Franklin wasn't getting away with 35mil scott free

I don't understand how Rhanaerys could do something so stupid, and CONSEQUETIVELY. Girl all you had to do was pop out at least ONE legitimate child, just get that nut in a tube whats wrong with you 😭

Fizzy 🐉

Facts 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Arturo

I hate Alicent so much. She's so selfish, just like Otto. Larys is a demon 😳

Senjioh

Did it time skip like this in the books does anyone know? I was just thinking in ep 4 if they were going to skip straight to adulthood and here we are in episode 6 and it happened

A L

Alicent was so lucky that she ended up with the one decent Targaryen. Any other Targ king would gladly put her in her grave for her insolence and disrespect.

NoisyBoy

After re watching hotd with yall Its funny how much you start to pick up after having seen the whole show. Here Alicent says "you will have a dragon" and the weird sister sage whatever she is says "he'll have to close an eye" alluding to when aemond loses his eye and obtains Vhagar. I love these types of foreshadowing in film

Babs

Idk if yall ever watched Shameless but Alicent character development reminds me of Debbies. Just becomes more unlikable the older she got. smh

Babs

I hadn't even thought of that, but 100% facts.

KalkiTheEternity

I’d be “bitter” too if I got pimped out by my father at 14 to an old man and my best friend who should have the same level of responsibility and duty got to do whatever the hell she wants with zero fucking consequence and my family is an existential threat to her.

EZ

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSHI! Hope yall and the family stay safe!

Lady Lati

they literally made a post a while ago about it,soo yeah stop being that guy

DBJXXVIII

Happy birthday 🐐

Renni .

Roshi looking fine no homo

Mrworms

Carlos

Stay safe yall

Ramone Moore

Simple Fan

Stay safe for the hurricane.Hopefully it isn’t gonna be to bad in y’all area

britt

Happy birthday old man!

Crispy

My god, Criston is the Knight of Incels. Dude needs to chill out.

britt

ayo??

Stephan Ali

Lupa top 10 dumbest reactors of all time lol

von

I mean Vhagar being the oldest she dragon plus the emotional connection dragons have their rider probably didn’t want to do it but understood how much pain she was in

Ully

Alicent a fiona built bitch I hope she gets the worst death.

Argo2Unitard

I'm legit confused as to why Alicent is so salty.

slipHAZARD

Can't really blame Alicent. She's been used by her Father, Rhaenyra and The King pretty much since she was a child. So now she's basically like "F* y'all, I'm making sure MY children are safe "

kagamiluvr

sometimes i forget roshi’s government name isnt roshi LMFAOOO

Kris Khachikyan

Her dad planted the seeds in her head that if Rhaenyra takes the throne she will kill her kids. Also, she is jealous that Rhaenyra gets to break the rules and get away with it while she is stuck sleeping with a corpse.

October Veil

I love that Laena claimed Vhagar, the largest and oldest Dragon in the realm. Mad she died quick as she did. It's what she (at the age of 12) was grilling Viserys about during that awkward 1st marriage attempt to unite the Valyrian/Velaryon houses. At least Laena went out like the Dragon Boss she was.

Carstein

Larys is that quiet kid in class that always has his hood up. Everyone knows what's up

Renni .

sir criston a good instigator though. Rhaenyra moving sloppy

Carlos

All my homies hate Larys

Danny

With a name like Larys, I knew the man was sus af. A combo of Littlefinger and Varys clearly dangerous af

lordofcheeks

she made a deal with the devil

Mind Me

I mean Rhaenyra didn’t use her

Jay

So here’s the thing about Alicent, she’s not salty just because her dad got removed as hand. If you ask me, this may be a very unpopular opinion, she’s really done nothing wrong. She was raised to be a lady and follow the rules, Otto isn’t that lenient of a parent like Viserys so she can’t finesse like Rhaenyra. She gets married, has kids, most of which are male ,which the realm prefers, and does her duty as a lady and queen despite not having that much joy in doing so. She constantly goes to bat for rhaenyra, even when she hates her for getting with her dad. And when Otto tells her to convince Viserys to name Aegon heir, she continues to tell Viserys he made the right decision in rhaenrya. Even when her father rats Rhaenyra out she lets her know in advance and asks for the truth and what does she do? She not only lies Alicent but lies on the memory of her dead mother. Alicent has done nothing but support her, even when people say that there will be war and Rhaenyra will kill her children to strengthen her position. Then she’s confronted with the truth and after everything she’s done she no longer believes she can trust Rhaenyra. I mean would you trust someone wouldn’t try to kill you and your family if they can lie on a dead parent they claim to love? And it doesn’t end with Rhaenyra. She continues to have children that are obviously bastards, and everyone seems to turn a blind eye. Rhaenyra just keeps lying and violating the politics at court and I think it’s understandable that she’d be fed up after all of this.

Danny

in all seriousness, OBJECTIVELY Alicent is correct. Despite the salt and pettiness, she is correct in making these allegations because if its true about Rhaenyra and Harwin, then the 3 "heirs" are technically bastards, a similar situation like in Game of Thrones with Cersei's children. Just like how Ned Stark found out and made the "right but bad" move in denying Joffrey the throne and instead, claimed Stannis to be the next rightful heir. In this case, yes Alicent is both salty about the whole situation with Rhaenyra lying literally on the soul of her mother and shes also afraid that her children would be in danger since sooner or later, somebody will deny Rhaenyra and say Aegon 2 is more fit to rule and then blood may be spilled. But at the end of the day, Rhaenyra has fucked up way too many times. She pushed the limits of her father and everyone else for far too long. She and Daemon are 2 peas in a pod. All they gotta do is their duty and bam, they couldve gotten the throne with no problems. But they somehow stir shit up by themselves and gives others an opportunity to strike them down.

Ethan L

Happy bday roshi Stay safe yall!!!

Kingmakaii

I hate this bitch Alcent with every bone in my body more and more every episode kind of glad this bitch just got played 😭

Jay

Yo, I literally just posted a comment similar to this bro. These people are really digging themselves into a hole.

Walking Stick

Alicent is mad because rhaenyra and her were starting to be friends again, then rhaenrya swore on her mom that she did nothing with daemon and that she was innocent, but it wasnt true and she advocated to have Alicents father removed as hand, thats a better reason to be upset then being forced to become the kings wife when he caught feelings after you read him some books. I feel alot of the alicent hate stems from being biased towards rhaenyra, even though rhaenyra just acts as she pleases showing not much consideration for anything else, she impulsive where as alicent is more reactive.

Danny

lol for real we both posted same time. i can understand that ppl r pissed at Alicent because at face value it seems like shes salty af but she has many reasons to do so plus Rhaenyra is the one breaking all the rules here too.

Shin splits

No she technically did because she lied to Alicent she remained a maiden and swore on her dead mothers name. Alicent trusted her so her father got kicked out because of that. Rhaenyra even tho isn’t a bad person cares little about the the political state of anything and what her actions might bring. Especially with her having very obvious bastards.

James

I'm not going to comment on anything else but you're heavily twisting the father situation. She went there to comfort and seduce him at his lowest point. At her father's orders or not, that was the purpose. It wasn't some "oh I got forced into this marriage by Viserys how did this happen!" moment lol

Ryan Hill

Perfect match with Alicent the Queen of Karens.

Champion Bescos

Not *quite* the same as the situation with Robert Baratheon's bastards and Cersei/Jaime's kids. The issue with Joffrey and Tommen is that they didn't have any of the crown king's blood, Robert's blood. They were pure Lannister. Rhaneyra, on the other hand, will be the crown queen and she is obviously very much her sons mother. So they're bastards, but not to the extent that Joffrey and Tommen were.

Champion Bescos

I don't think Daemon would have done what Viserys did. He seemed to shake his head, no, ever so slightly. In 'Fire and Blood', Daemon is quite a bit more rounded as a character. He grieves openly for his wife (whom he AND Rhaenyra adored) if I remember correctly, and is very fond of his daughters. Apparently they have leaked photos of him comforting and hugging his daughters that they didn't include for some reason? Not sure about this more emotionally reserved and nebulous direction, though Matt Smith still kills the roll and steals the show every time he's on screen. As a side note, happy brithday! Hope ya'll are staying safe.

Iago

bro why sheera said "lies" when alicent was clearly being honest that she did not wish for that

Deku Kana

Naming your baby after your mistress 😂 ok Adam Levine

Iago

With the time skip we don't see it but Rhaenyra and Laena became close friends, so close that Laena's twins were promised to marry the two eldest sons of Rhaenyra, and even the king gave his blessing to it. Now Rhaenyra lost both Harwin and Laena

Jerome

You guys were a little hard on Alicent.

Url Robbo

Nah its actually quite crazy for her to be on this same agenda for 10 whole years. Especially Criston with not giving Rhaenyra’s kids battle training essentially setting them up to die when they’re older. All because he couldnt be with her. And like I said its been 10 years so its wild they couldnt get over it within a few years.

Metweet .c

How else do you guys expect rhaenyra to have any children when her husband literally isn't attracted to women?

Kiran

lets be real alicent is a bitch

Kiran

nahh its right that alicent is getting cooked

Rosie

I think you guys are forgetting the fact that Rhaenyra has to have children. If not by her husband, who is gay, she has to rely on other options. I wish though that they showed more of her relationship with Harwin cuz he seemed like a genuinely good dude especially with all the times he was shown before this episode

britt

she could've atleast slept with someone with white hair lol

VoyagerSpaceProbe

have some guy jerk him off and she can sit on it last second, easy

Pilausky

could have a guy jack him off and when he's about to arrive shove it in her or something

Jerome

Their beef is totally legitimate and multidimensional. But, from Alicent's point of view she is trying to keep her children alive, Rhaenyra is a liar who is reckless and keeps making bad decisions, I mean come on her kids are clearly Strong's kids everyone knows it yet everyone is turning a blind eye, the King is in denial about it. Alicent did her duty, did what she was suppose to do and yet no one is on her side except "middle finger" lol. I'm team Hightower. I don't like Criston. I had respect for him in the beginning but it went away last episode.

Pilausky

I think Laena just knew what time it was. She's very smart. Remember at 12 she was asking Viserys about Vhagar. Nobody knew where that dragon was and apparently she found it and tamed it

YonatanDS

put some respect on Laena's name! no bleeding to death helplessly in a bed for her, rather she died like a real dragon rider of old Valyria, with blood and fire.

Son Goku

No peaky blinders?

EZ

Read the schedule buddy

Kami

Idk like other gay people that had kids lol it happened in royalty.

Kami

both of the replies are true but the hate for her blinds the first comment 😂

Arc

Inbred marrage with two blond bloodlines and all the children have dark hair, hmmmm

Arc

If you didn't catch it, the tune at the end is a modified version of the theme for Cersei the mad Queen (when she burned the capital)

Kami

bastards are bastards its about having kids with her husband theres no levels to bastards lol

LUPASAN

I literally didn’t even think of this. Holyshit. You are absolutely right

Kami

yea its like some people haven't been watching the same show and they are just knee jerk hating the queen. Who is correct in her bitchyness.

Lamaree Jackson

I know he’s gay and don’t really give a fuck, but I’m mad they had Laenor looking cucked as hell with the baby like Jim Carrey in Me, Myself, & Irene.

Son Goku

its today!! lol... my bad

Lamaree Jackson

They cut a scene of Daemon actually consoling his daughters to make him seem like more of an asshole

Erica Collins

Lupa being confused & shocked with who's together, who's teaming up with each other, & who's related is so funny. This time skip got him messed up 😭

Chandra

I'm dissapointed about that. They're really working to make Daemon seem like a dick. For real he's all about Targaryen's. The season needed an extra episode to show how close Laena, Daemon and Rhaenyra were. The three spent a lot of time together in the book and Rhaenyra sent her own maester to Laena during her last birth. Daemon may want to be with Rhaenyra but he did love Laena, Baela and Rhaena.

Amari Galaxy

They need a Murray type show in this era, “And thee…. ART NOT THE FATHER”

Teyon Alexander

“Yeah Viserys is dead” - realizes all the pie soon to be on your face. :)

nickhaze

I mean for good reason, what about Daemon so far makes you think he would realistically console anyone? It wouldn't have fit his character. Dude is an asshole lol

Mari

both Sir Criston and Alicent are so salty, Criston really stoped being her guard because she chose not to run away with him.

john segun doe

Bruh sheeras dislike for alicent while alicent though salty is completely correct in her frustration and also sheeras dismissal of rhanyras consistent massive blunders and (lets face it) entitlement was lowkey getting me heated ngl . P.s Lupa u aint alone the time skip had me all over the place as well

john segun doe

A little lol they legit barely understood her

john segun doe

Lets be fucking honest larys makes the show spicy.

john segun doe

Bruh Alicent legit believed rhanyras lie and was adamantly against her fathers report against rhanyra only to find out she straight up lied and now because of it her father was sent out. Thats when she started to become independent. She is salty now because rhanyras is doing something absolutely shameful and such as sleeping around and getting babies from someone other than her husband. This is regarded as abasing yourself ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE IN ROYALTYand is punishable by death to Rhanyra, the kids and the man who bed her YES ITS THAT SERIOUS TO IN THEIR CUSTOMS SO ITS A HUGE DEAL. All this is happening and she tells vicerys the king to do something whether that be speak or something else to her and he just willfully acts ignorant as a father with no other choice does. In alicents mind its like alright 1 baby is manageable okay but 3!!!! At this point Alicent is absolutely astonished at rhanyras gall and absolute spoiled attidtude and Entitlement and hates that she is gaslighted by everyone

Ghearman

Yh it makes no sense that they cut it out

OnceUponABowl

oh no that kid is literally micheal myers plz stop teasing him yall all dead in the future lol

lakewood145 .

Same, 1min in I had to go to Imdb to confirm that, that was a new actor and not just the wonders of make-up and cgi editing

Laurie Lioux

In the book it’s not as obvious that the kids aren’t Laenor’s. An argument could be made that they were his because his mom, Princess Rhaenys has black hair with a streak of silver; she’s half Baratheon.

Argo2Unitard

So Alicent whored herself out to Rhynaera's dad so her father could gain power in court and that was supposed to be fine and dandy. And now Rhynaera is the bad guy for "sullying the royal succession"? She's heir to the throne, she's literally the embodiment of entitlement.

Argo2Unitard

Alicent defenders some 🤡 🤡 🤡

trippersigs22

Neither of them should be defended. Alicent's petty and Rhaenyra's a spoiled idiot.

Argo2Unitard

I only said 1 name and you're bringing up both. The difference is Alicent is the one that fucked Rhaenyra's dad, Rhaenyra is literally just living her life. Alicent is the only actual aggressor in this situation.

trippersigs22

1) Alicent didnt have a choice she was told by her father and told to keep it a scret by the king. 2)Rhaenyra is not "just living her life". Everything Rheanyra does has consequences and up until now she is the only person who hasn't had to ACTUALLY pay for them bceause Viserys keeps protecting her and turning a blind eye. Rheanyra is a COMPLETE idiot for having 3 bastard children when she already knows her succession will be problem. Again, NEITHER of them should be defended because they are both helping to make the situation worse, but if you say "Rhaenyra is literally just living her life." Youre more blind than Viserys

Mari

Alicent is salty for no reason, like you said, Alicent is basically mad because Rhaenyra is just living her life and because she fucked somebody

Argo2Unitard

1) That's not Rhaenyra's fault 2) Her consequences are for her, not Alicent. What exactly has Rhaenyra done TO Alicent to earn her attitude? Nothing. Plus Rhaenyra is heir to the throne, she's not facing consequences because there shouldn't be consequences for whatever it is she's done so far. The only thing is the having kids with someone else, and that's something I will get into next, but when she faces consequences for that a war will start. 3) How the fuck is she supposed to have legit kids with her husband? He's very obviously not physically attracted to her. That kind of stuff matters.

Jerome

Alicent is the aggressor because she is trying to keep her children alive. I'd be aggressive to.

Argo2Unitard

being an asshole because you think you have a good reason doesn't make you not an asshole

trippersigs22

1) Of course it is not Rheanyra fault Alicent was forced to be with Viserys. How come its ok for Rheanyra and everyone else to blame her for that but Alicent cant blame her for things that ARE Rheanyras fault? 2) Constantly jeopardize her own accession and therefore putting Alicent and her children in the line of fire while blatantly not caring. of course, there should be consequences Viserys himself said so(other princesses have been disinherited for this exact thing). THAT'S THE POINT. When Rheanyra finally does have to own up to her mistakes EVERYONE will have to face the consequences. not just Rhaenyra. Why should the entirety of Westros have to fall apart because Rheanyras too stupid to not fuck around? 3) Laenor is gay not infertile or allergic to pussy lol. His semen can still get her pregnant(that was the deal they made) and even if he was that doesnt mean Rheanyra is just allowed to have bastards lol. Rhaenys has an entire conversation with Rhaenyra about the "order of things" and it when in one ear and right out the other.

EmoBurrito

Alicent and Rheanyra both on some dumb/ self centered bullshit lol.

EmoBurrito

I agree with tripper. Sure Alicent might be on some petty bullshit. But they both still on bullshit lol. IF anything what Rheanyra is doing has WAY more consequences.

Argo2Unitard

1) you still haven't explained what Rhaenyra has done TO Alicent to make her so salty. In what ways has Rhaenyra's actions directly jeopardized Alicent and her kids? 2) how is Rhaenyra jeapordizing her own ascension? They are still her full blooded kids and her heirs. Your argument would only work if Laenor was to be king, but he isn't. He's King Consort. Viserys lets all his people walk over him, that's why the country is falling apart, not Rhaenyra sleeping around. It's a monarchy, not a democracy. There's no such thing as a good monarch, you have to throw your title around for it to mean anything. 3) Do you think getting pregnant is as easy as funneling semen into a vagina? It's not that simple, especially when neither person wants it, they have some 1300's tech and medical knowledge, and that much inbreeding results in a lot of defects. Becoming queen means taking charge, not hiding away while the weasels rip the country apart for their own gains

Kalf97

Bruh I don't think you understand how politics work in Westeros. Bastards have no claim to anything. They are seen as dirty and treacherous. So it doesn't matter that they are her full blooded kids they still should not inherit anything. The only way would be if they were legitimized by the King (like what happened with Ramsay). But that would mean that she admitted to having 3 bastards. You also have to remember that Westeros is very religious and infidelity specifically by a wife is VERY BAD (doesn't matter if they are the queen or princess). As is homosexuality so they can't just come out and explain that Laenor is gay. And it's because of all this that Alicent is scared of Rhaenera. Cause There will undoubtably be questions and arguments about her becoming queen and she could no doubt kill Alicents children to make it so that she is the only choice.

Mad4Life

This is cobra kai all over again.

Argo2Unitard

I don't think you understand how it works. Bastards have a claim to the throne, not as strong as one born in wedlock, but more than a cousin that isn't in a direct line. Why do you think they went around killing Robert's bastards? And that wouldn't be an issue with Alicents kids if she didn't have this one-sided beef with Rhaenyra. Which is the point you all seem to be fond of skipping over. Alicent has some direct beef with Rhaenyra as if she's the cause of all her problems. As if it's not people like her father or her assistant who go around doing shit no one asked for because they think it's good for the realm.

Kalf97

Aegon isn't her cousin he is her younger half brother, He technically has a better claim than her because he is the Kings first born son (the only thing saving her is the king refusing to un-name her). His claim is better than her bastard sons. Who should have the last name crown, not Targaryen (again they would have to be legitimized to get the last name Targaryen). Also it was Joffrey who gave the order to kill Roberts bastards because there were rumors (true ones) that he himself was a bastard and not Roberts son. Meaning he has no claim to the throne whatsoever. While its true that Rhaeneras kids do have some claim to it theirs is not stronger than the direct trueborn son of the king. Even if they weren't bastards Aegon has a strong claim to it.

Mansa

I understand Alicents perspective. All of Rhaenyra's kids are bastards meaning they aren't actually in line for the throne. Aegon is currently the true heir to the throne after Rhaenyra. At some point Rhaenyra will have to kill Alicent's kids if she wants hers to succeed her, and prevent a rebellion.

Argo2Unitard

One last time for the kids in the back; Why is Alicent so salty? Is she just throwing a tantrum because she wanted to do what Rhaenyra is able to do? Is she mad that Rhaenyra has been taken from her? If it was just about what all of you keep talking about, she wouldn't be that mad at her best friend.

trippersigs22

Ok youre just denying the things you see on the screen and the truth present to you then. Legitimately not worth talking to you about this. Have fun with your legos Viserys. But to add something bastard have ZERO claims to titles or inheritance unless they are legitimized( The entirety of the Blackfyre rebellion revolves around this). You straight-up don't know what youre talking about

Argo2Unitard

Yet another not-answer to the question: why is Alicent so salty?

Kalf97

Alicent is salty because A) It is somewhat implied that she had feelings for rhaenera when they were younger, even the actress has said that she sees her as a very closeted woman. On top of caring for her as a friend. B) She is somewhat jealous of Rhaeneras freedom as she was made by her father to get close to the king (if you think she could have refused then you simply can't read the subtext of her and her fathers relationship, also in this universe you don't just refuse your parents, especially when they are lords.) C) After the Daemon incident she vouched for Her to the king and trusted what she said. Only to then have her father (and her only lifeline in the court, as she expressed feeling alone and vulnerable). And then as her fathers leaving he puts in plain words for her that there will be a war and your children could be killed for Rhaeneras safety. (at some point, especially as a mother you have to think about your children.) While yes she's over the top she's seeing how rhaenera was not taking ruling seriously. Also your watching this like its just a soap opera, its a soap opera with politics involved (and their lives on the line) so its not just about their own feelings.

Argo2Unitard

Im specifically talking about her feelings. Alicent is being salty and making decisions based on that salt, not the good of the kingdom or her kids. Theres a solid difference. Rhaenyra is doing what she feels is best for her rule, and Alicent is very obviously undermining it out of fear (planted by her manipulative father that she still trusts for some reason) and loathing because she makes every play to bring Rhaenyra, the heir to the throne, an enemy of her.

Kalf97

While I do think she is salty and making decisions based upon it, I disagree in that she HAS been worried for the fate of her kids, she has shown that she does cares for Halena and Aemon, and she made it very clear to Aegon that there is a real possibility that he will be killed. I also disagree that rhaenyra has been doing what's best for her rule. if she did she wouldn't have had 3 bastards. 1 maybe but 3 is overkill. Not to mention she antagonized the lannisters, who are twats but its not a good idea for your rule to tick off one of the richest families in the kingdom. And Alicents making those plays because in her eyes her children are always going to be a threat to Rhaenyra so she will be her enemy no matter what at this point.

Kalf97

I do think Alicent is being aggressive but I do understand why she is doing what she is doing.

Kay

I'll add that Alicent may also dislike Rhaenyra because she has a history of being untrustworthy and lacking integrity. They were friends and when she approached her about her behavior she openly lied about her chastity, then Rhaenyra had her father removed as hand in retaliation/protection. She's also broken her duty towards producing strong succession. You can't play the fence in the Game of Thrones. You are either all in, or you remove yourself from ambition. Otherwise you'll end up dead. If Rhae keeps playing like this, she'll pull a Robb Stark. He broke agreements and made dumb moves too.

Argo2Unitard

You're not gonna sit there and tell me Rhaenyra was the one that broke the trust in that relationship, are you? After Alicent fucked her dad and literally created the issue in the first place? Might have been out of her hands, but she's still the catalyst for any succession issues once Daemon left. Ambition for the crown means throwing your dick around. Charlemagne didn't take most of Europe by playing it safe, he told the Pope to fuck off. Rhaenyra, Alicent, Laenor and Daemon have literally all the dragons and all the support. Daemon doesn't care about the throne and Laenor is on Rhaenyra's side. If Alicent cared, she would have her kids work with their nephews and strengthen their claim, and no one could say shit to them. But no, she and Criston want to throw a tantrum over the girl they couldn't have.

Kalf97

Again Aegon and anyone in his line will always be a threat because they are males and by all laws and customs of westeros (except dorne) they should be the ones inheriting the throne. The only reason Rhaenyra is getting it is because if Viscerys (who i do agree with in that it should go to the first born regardless of gender.) So there would not be a point in her trying to help strengthen Rhaenyras claim. Also Alicent did break the trust in the first place but we were shown that she tried to mend it multiple times, especially when she really did not have a choice (she hoped Rhaenyra would understand) And the Rhaenyra as Alicent see is snaked her and got her father (her only real support at that time) fired. They were both shitty to each other and both are getting their reckoning with eachother

Godrick

the daughters on the spectrum

john segun doe

@Argo yah HER FATHER pimped her out, to establish his family within the royalty. Was it wrong? Uhh Yah he is meant to be an unbiased hand of the King and meanwhile he was serving his self interests. But hold on, why does it seem like your comment insinuates that Alicent was a "Willing" participant like she was in on the machinations alongside her father. Bruh she very much was pressured into that position by her father. Alicent taking Rhanyras side in the scadoulous report Otto brought is enough evidence to show you she was merely a naive, innocent girl. Had she been plotting she wuld have advanced her fathers agenda at the time and Otto would still be the hand. I mean don' t you remember, She even confronted Otto saying "if you weren't so-wrapped up in trying to uplift Aegon as the next king" accusing him of being unnaturally obsessed with the plot (that she wanted no part of) . Again let me remind of the situation, she has no power as a youngin, as his daughter, as a woman (lets talk real here), soo... idk what ur watching bud but thats all on Otto putting Lady Alicent in that position, i mean ffs she was mutilating her finger nails as display of how uncomfortable it made her

Arsean Wilbon

Funniest shit ever Ser Criston feelings hurt for 10 years and Alicent being upset over a lie for 10 years lmao. Yeah Rhae got her fuck ups but come on G

Yusuf

No. Alicent is also upset over the fact that Rhae is producing fake heirs and still committing sexual crimes. Also, Alicent is aware that there is potential for Rhae to decide to destroy Alicent's kids as they pose a threat due to many being against a woman leading the kingdom.

AutumnOnFire

10+ years of fuckin and no one on King's Landing ever tried the pull out method. They deserve everything they got smh

john segun doe

Alicent being salty goes back to when Rhanyra Lied to her about having sex and "sullying herself" and because of it she backed rhanyras claim to not have done so, which was in direct contrast to her father's reports. He then got kicked out because both Lady Alicent and Rhanyra made pretty compelling arguments towards the King with rhanyra adding the part about Otto being self interested (which is completely true). Lady Alicent did so in believing her dear friend who she believed was honorable and truthful, and therefore her Father (rightly so) was to be the hand of the king NO MORE. Lady Alicent didnt expect/want this outcome, she naively just wanted to back her friend. And the fact that she learned about the Plan B TEA that Rhanyra took sent by the king made her believe that Rhanyra lied and manipulated her to aid her cause and the King fucking knew it and didn't care (very unfair from her POV). Now because of her, Otto, her father is there NO MORE. So in her eyes the Rhanyra, who was her best friend, Her ONLY friend lied to her and got her pops kicked out. Plus Otto at the end, when He left told her to stop being so FUCKING naive & be realistic, Either Look out for yourself and push for Aegon to be King or PRAY FOR HER MERCY, cuz if not Rhanyra will put your kids to the sword in claiming the throne (im paraphrasing). That about sums it up so far

Oliver

While i know the Targaryen's were heavy on the incest. Rhaenyra proposed her son to the kings daughter aka. Rhaenyra's sister that would make her son her brother in law

Oliver

Well if you think about it Rhaenyra is the crown princess so her sons do very much have a claim but, it is a huge fuck finger for house Velaryon

sansa

both laenor and corlys claimed nyra's boys as velaryons and loved them lmao

sansa

viserys threatened to remove rhaenyra from the succession if she didn't marry laenor and with a gay husband how do you get the heirs you need to further your line without taking a lover lmao perhaps she should've chosen one of laenor's cousins or sumn so the baby would look like him idk

john segun doe

My thing is this is the weirdest argument cuz we acting like laenor aint got a fully functional dick?? Like…. He says in the show that he fulfilled his duty but im sorry no he didn’t. Sleeping with rhanyra for an heir or two would be fully committing to the role, and then he could have fun with his boys, but just saying hes gay therefore he can IN NO WAY give rhanyra babies is foolish at best. The man aint infertile

Argo2Unitard

What do you mean by fully functional? Does it include not being able to get erect and ejaculate when having sex with a woman?

john segun doe

@Argo Are there not ways around that?? They are royalty, this aint no joke. There are DIRE consequences for doing what they are doing, I mean If its that deep with Laenor, im sure there are ways around that. C’mon use your imagination (as to the ways around that). The dumbfounding thing is the absolute lack of tact & cunningness and full of reckless entitlement from Rhanyra and Laenor to do something that could get their whole fam killed according to westerosi tradition and Law and not do it in a smart way… like WTF!!! They’re mad stupid af for that. You must not be grasping the severity of the situation

Infinity

she a whole hoe popping out kids with all different men huh criston justified in his annoyance with her she used him because she couldnt get what she wanted from daemon and basically ruined his life for her own enjoyment and tossed him aside. Now she out here sullying her family line to pop out kids with random ass dudes every other sunday.

Thomas

yeah, the ESP spectrum. She's the "dreamer" Viserys always wanted to be.

Darby

Criston got in his feelings after one night (which he could have declined). She's having kids with one guy because her husband is gay - she's not having kids with a bunch of random dudes lol

x_XBurner361

The seed is Strong…literally 😏

john segun doe

bruh criston got his reason lmaoo but him being salty is absolute comedy

rickie woodson

allicent = low rent cerci. this ambition and false nobleness with a dash of really stupid. so unlikable. larys = 50 cent little finger and i kinda love him. at least he is DOING something. dont press start if you not going to play the game allicent!

rickie woodson

they all are still targaryans so...............

rickie woodson

too bad they didnt watch bridgerton lol

rickie woodson

just cause you gay doesnt mean you magically cant have sex with a woman lol i know plenty of gay dudes who have slept with women and look at me like a snake with 3 heads cause i never gave it a try...........not to mention all the dudes that chase me have a girlfriend or wife so.............BOOP

rickie woodson

so cute you think a gay man cant get a woman pregnant........someone needs some gay friends lol

Godrick

Yeah maybe.. or she just has aspergers 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

ok

Imma be honest both Alicent and Cristin suck MAJORLY ... like so unlikeable especially the latter

ok

Why is Sheera so against Rhaenyra lmao ... everyone coming after her literally sucks they are using it as a mechanism through which to deprive her of power and enrich themselves. It is dumb that they are in a position for this to happen, they should've forced themselves to have kids with eachother and just enjoy others on the side but alas we are here. Team Rhaenyra all the way EDIT: nvm she comin for ALicent neck i respect it

ok

41:09 busying doin headmath and missed Daemon's joke

ok

lmao

ok

are you joking? her lying about her own personal business, her own body is now akin to usking alicent? because alicent felt entitled to know these things? are you guys being serious? why am i seeing so many stupid ass comments like this? are you fucking 12? ^^^^^

ok

Alicent is the goddamn queen. She has only progressed lmao. Her paranoia is a result of her father's incessant mentioning of it, in addition to just general insecurity and fear by virtue of her circumstance. It is awful she was forced to breed with a disgusting old man, however she has also, for a long time, been trash to Rhaneyra idc how you paint it. Rhaenyra, on the other hand, cannot have the same said for her/

ok

is the point whether she is "correct"? who is disputing that lmao? it's the fact that she is trying to use it further secure her own positon and harm Rhaenyra's that we have an issue with. it is a c**t move. and that is obvious. with regard to your comment: N O S H I T

ok

rhaenyra owed NOTHING to alicent with regard to daemon ... none of alicens's business ... how uttelry entitled can she be?

ok

aka force himself to have sex with a being he is not attracted to? ^^

ok

literally what did rhaenyra do lmaooo. she made you mad that she had kids with someone else? why the actual fuck would you care about that? for context, alicent cares because it allows her to secure power by removing it from rhaenyra and making her position vulnerable. like what??? ALICENT SUCKS

ok

they are RHAENYRA'S kids. That's what matters. SHE is the one in line for the throne, them being related to her is all that matters lmao

ok

these "fake heirs" have her blood. they are the heir's direct descendant. she could have had kids with a god damn janitor for all it matters. what? you actually believe in shitty monarchy nonsense like this? use your brain, basic genetics!

ok

incel fuck

eastbaynick

Rewatching is refreshing cause I just noticed Alicent's daughetr says he'll have to close an eye for him to get a dragon and we all know what happened

Itami

Nah, daemon didnt want them to cut her open. He refused, thatz why he asked if the mother would make it and then shook his head when the doc said she wouldnt. She dracarysed herself post the whole childbirth thing due to depression. She lost her child, and she was not happy, she was homesick. Daemon actually cared about her and was decent enough to put her life first but their relationship was in a bad spot since they werent on the same page. He was content with keeping things as is while she wasnt
