Fabian Hernandez

Crowski

Chill lmao lets not forget how much Arisu be carrying fr

Ranginald Vagel

The change I like the most in the entire adaptation was Chishiya’s adjusted backstory paralleling Kazuryus. Queen of Spades is show original, does play into its strengths as live action. There were a few unnecessarily cut moments from King of Diamonds but for the most part I’m happy with how my favorite game turned out. I do find it interesting that they changed Kazuryu into someone with a definite yes/no answer instead of someone who decided they couldn’t be the one to place value on a life. In the manga the game goes about the same, but at the last round Kazuryu slams both 0 and 100 with both thumbs and lets chance decide who wins because he determined that he couldn’t be the one to decide whether one life is worth more than another. Also something I think was weirdly shrunken was the rounds after Chishiya picks 100, the reason he’s in 3rd is because Daimon reciprocated the 100 and let them trade wins a few times. I feel like the way they showed it it wasn’t clear why Chishiya was winning over the stock broker and mathematician.

The game with the acid has to be the most brutal way to go in a game this season

Alberto Moreno

Something to speak about is how Tao Tsuchiya (The Actress who plays Usagi) knows how to fight for real, the same goes for the actress who plays the Queen of Spades, however Usagi it's a mountain climber and not a fighter and she had to act some inexperienced movements in the fight between them and other stunts during the season.

Marshatx

Ain't gon lie, when I read this, I thought about it in a sports way for a minute lol

Drake Rage

I really love the choreography/stunts in this show. It is almost anime-like but not to the point of being cringey like some other live-action shows, at least in my opinion, this is a very well-done anime-like live-action, lol.

Sun

Next episode is going to be wild af. Can't wait for the reactions!

Teyon Alexander

Arisu is an idiot. Why he thought anyone would willingly tell him what happens after you win is beyond me. It’s like he just ignored the fact that the last person who tried to give away information about the games got the red beam of death mi do-sentence in season one. Like, my dude, rent a clue.

Alberto Moreno

Interesting Fact: The King of Diamonds Game is called Keynesian Beauty Contest, not only Beauty Contest. The Keynesian Beauty Contest is a concept that describes judges picking the most popular options between the other judges (Guessing) and not the most optimal. The game is based on this concept since you have to guess what number the other contenders gonnna pick and go a little under to match the 0.8 constant.

JJ

The guy that stopped to help Kuzuryu during his game in the flashback, was the guy that Arisu saved during the game where the bus was their GOAL. The guy that had himself be left behind because he had a broken leg.

Erica Collins

love me some good old talk no jutsu. Could never work on me tho lmao

cami ً

loved the reaction!!! a little fun fact though is that chishiya's backstory is a bit different in the novel! originally, he was born into a family that didn't give a single shit about him, which shaped him into the "I don't care" guy that he is in the show but a little bit more extremely imo! he also didn't care about his patients dying AT ALL if I remember correctly, one of his patients wrote a letter and asked chishiya to give it to their family but chishiya threw it away as soon as we walked out of the room lol it was interesting to see how the live action changed his character a bit!!

cyrus gudino

the infamous episode 7 is coming up cant wait to see it

Patrone07

Dang my subs on Netflix is alil different in the end the c named guy said something on the lines of even thoe he won he felt like he lost I really think he didn’t give a shit about living in that moment he felt like if he was gonna die atleast it was to someone like the lawyer he felt like he was brought here to play that last game with him but to a certain extent he wanted to see if the lawyer thought about his life if he would still value human life and principles over his own and He seen the result of the lawyer’s decision And felt like damn isn’t that nice good for you while inside feeling alil shitty …..well that’s what I took from it I could be wrong

shadowfiend

I cant wait for hands simulator

So tomorrow is the final day for this series, at least for now. There are two details that I think you guys missed this episode. 1. The guy that helped Kuzuryu in his flashback said that he was helped by someone and survived a game. He is the dude with the broken leg that can't move during the bus game where the actual bus was the real GOAL. Arisu and Usagi helped him. 2. The aces were counted as numbered cards and were cleared in the first elimination round. In fact, they are the easiest games of each suit. It means that we only have 12 face cards - 12 games in round 2.

Vincent S Deluca

1.) They are risking their Necks regardless, they still end up playing tag for their lives either way, next game you get tagged last round and thats it your done . 2.) Only 4 people started on the queens team, what happened to everyone else from the previous game? it's literally impossible for her to have won with 4 people, so what happened to everyone else? there is no guarantee you live. 3). The LITERAL only way she can win is if you have that mindset, if everyone is set on beating her, you have a near 100% chance of winning, she can only win by convincing you your better off playing for her side than your own

Sum1s0mewhere

Almost there. Can't wait for Lupa to watch the next one.

Nita - Kento's Widow

Yeah, idk about it being guaranteed lmao You don't know anything. You don't know what happens after all the players are dead in the games, you don't know if someone else would come around and completely beat her, killing you anyway, and yeah you don't know if you can go home. But you don't know if you can't either. The point of that whole thing was hope, and to risk it for the people/things you want to see again. Like hey if there's a chance you can see your mom again, or your brother, your sister, your partner, your kids, etc. it's worth it to try. Then again, guess it all depends on your mindset/the life before.

Oh Alone

By the way, at 1:00 is the bus guy in SS1

Mervyn Larrier

The guy that wouldn't leave him there was the guy Arisu went back for in the tunnel episode last season.

Rocksolo

Please react to Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! aka the eminence in the shadow Bru y’all or going to love it I swear 💯

Damon

im new here, but i feel like the only one who cant watch on this media player?? On all the videos??

Kisuke01

All I can think about is how when they get back to real world if they just so happen to meet those people again Usagi is gonna ask about the kid and they're just gonna say we ate that mofo

13

Really dislike some of the original content added into the live action, the entire Queen game felt really cheesy(more than usual I mean)

KeYo

the fact that he was a doctor was out of nowhere. i thought he would have been like a tech genius or something to be honest.

Luffy_77

It's so weird that there are animals there, like them mfs got invited into that world too??? they play games too??? lmaoooo, theory: that's literally the real world cuz else how did animals get there??

SnailSpray

"atleast they didnt give her infinite time to talk" like they did during the '5 Minute left remaining' scene for the cargo containers

anathemic

It's actually crazy, since Kuzuryu was the actual dealer to Four of Clubs (the bus goal game in the manga), and he wanted to see who would value life and who wouldn't as he was the injured person (with the hurt leg); Arisu and Usagi were never part of the game. Moving to the Netflix adaptation, the guy who was trying to save Kuzuryu in his flashback, got saved by Arisu ("a young man saved my life") in the bus game, funny how that ties back.

RF

The argument "poverty and inequality exist so we can have a 'proper' society" is the kind of argument you ONLY make if you have to gain from other people being poor. Like, that's not a fact of life, that's what assholes say to try and justify their actions.

ok

absolutely true. it has a specific intention, it serves a specific function.

Teyon Alexander

It’s not so much the initial question. It’s the insistence that they answer. It’s the sudden ignorance that they would face consequences and his upset attitude that they aren’t telling him. It’s acting as though they owe him anything and wailing when he doesn’t get his way. First time sure fine but over and over again? As a viewer it makes the character a bit annoying.

Lsg_Lani

Man those deaths in the game with the acid was really hard to watch for some reason. all the deaths so far have been somewhat instant or quick but this one was slow AND you literally see it coming. the faces and pleading of the first two that went out had me real life disturbed

Lsg_Lani

does Anne not have to renew her visa or what cuz shawty been walking to the himalayas for forever now

Zaaakirrr

I wonder if there are jokers cards in this game

Savage2fresh 60

Idk if you guys realized it but the guy who helped kuzuryu in the flashback was saved by arisu in the bus distance game from season 1. I loved how that came back full circle

Oh Alone

That Mira woman (Queen of Heart) Actually looks like a grown Yumeko from "Kakegurui"

Sally

I have the same subtitles as you too. I wonder why theirs is different 🤔

Nicolle B

I'm excited to see the ep. 7 reaction

East_Coast_Overseer

Yo the King of Diamonds reminds me of the Treasurer from Kakegurui

Wesley Willsea

I’m gonna need the Roshi fade away edit when he does✌🏽 in the YouTube edit 😂😂😂

Omar Bautista

But here's the thing roshi, he would understand your character and then choose zero while you picked 1

Da$H IX

I can't wait for your reaction to the last episodes! Hyped!

Basedra

This is honestly giving me “cage of Eden” vibes. I’m interested to see where the mystery goes.

Wallet

"Terminator over here" Little did they know rofl

Ranginald Vagel

Yeah they really pulled that knot together in a different way and I was really impressed with how they put together the logical endpoints of their own changes together

Chris Tercero

Can’t wait for their reaction later today on these last 2 episodes !! Shit gonna be wild

Osiris Cage

Sizzling like an Applebees hot plate smh

Mari

Episode 7 was crazy, My favorite episode of this season

Mike A

Chisiya didn't convince him to do anything. The Lawyer guys whole thing was that he was upset at a world that forced him to choose who's life was more valuable. If he was going to be a Face Card, he wanted a game where he wouldn't have to choose to kill anyone, because he saw all life as being equal, including his own. Chisiya told him his number to force him to make a decision about whether he really valued all life as equal. If he did see it that way, there's no way he could kill Chisiya. He forced him to make a decision, betray your ideals and live or die believing in your ideals. Dude made his decision.

andimjustalex

I’m so ready for these last two episodes let’s gooo

earthphoenix7068

Actually, if he saw their lives as equal, he should have chosen 100 too. But, I guess he had good intentions.

Reckless Company

OH MY GOD i just had a thought what if they clear the face card games and the reward was becoming the next game master how crazy would that be

Starling

sure as a viewer its annoying but as someone stuck in those games its realistc that he wants to know whats going to happen next

Zdmn

You know, if you had been facing Chishiya, he would not have played in the same way. The whole point of Chishiya is that he sizes people up and then takes his best bet. Therefore, you would not have been given the choice to end Chishiya's life the way he did for Kuzuryu so you saying you wouldn't have let him live is irrelevant. He saw that his best bet to win the game with Kuzuryu was to let him choose "the value of one life". Do ya'll think he'd have played the same way versus Nigari? :D Since you do value your own life over Chishiya's, he'd have played you a different way (and you'd still be dead cuz he's MVP :P)

Stonewall Hackson

Yeah I wondered that too. My guess is she had days stacked up cause remember she was like the tester at the beach. She went into that game with Arisu to see if he was any good. Probably did that with a bunch of people so had a nice stack going.
