Is your lower back the real reason your balls hurt? 🥜

Yup, it’s possible. Testicle pain isn’t always about the testicles. Sometimes, the culprit lives higher up ⬆️ in your lower back.

Here’s the deal:

Nerves from your lower back and spine share pathways with the ones that go to your pelvis and genitals.

If those nerves get irritated (say from a disc issue, tight muscles, or inflammation), your body can amplify the nerve messages and dial up pain experienced in your balls.

This kind of “referred pain” can feel confusing and even scary, because it’s showing up in such a sensitive spot.

In the video, I’ll break down:

⭐ How to tell the difference between testicle pain coming from the back vs. something local in the scrotum.

⭐ When to seek medical help right away.

⭐ What you can do if your back is to blame.

Bodies love to play tricks, but knowledge is power! 🧠🍒

I've been experiencing right side testicular pain, mostly dull ache, sometimes sharp shooting, for years. Had a few ultrasounds, 5mm cyst note in around the epididymis. Also right side inguinal pain, pectineus, adductor, hip flexor, and perineum pain.

3rd vertebrae lumbar, primary care doctor says it’s arthritis of sorts. I was complaining of a burning tension sensation over the top of my left foot, some on the right. PFPT started deep lower back massage and the burning sensation goes away ( for awhile). Pelvic floor tension is much better.

Had this badly. Left testicle pain would often coinside with left back pain/upper glute. Sometimes they would appear together, sometimes not. Got so bad I thought I had a torsion, 9/10 worst pain I’ve felt in my life. Must have been just a bad flareup, went to the ER and all the tests were normal. Got referred to pelvic floor PT, and a few thousand dollars in medical bills

It’s not improving. I know more about it maybe.

Lower back massage, glutes, hamstrings, quads and that pelvic floor massage. I think that’s a treatment plan that quiets everything and relaxes everything.

Can PFPT help if the cause is nerve issue in back?
