Let’s flip the script…what’s one way you’ve invested in your well-being lately? ❤️‍🩹

Was it booking that long-overdue pelvic floor check-up? Buying the fancy lube your bits deserve? Taking a mental health day (and actually resting)? Or maybe finally saying “no thanks” to stuff that drains you? 🤔

Vote below and tell me how you’ve been showing your body some love!

No guilt, no pressure, just a little celebration of the ways we care for ourselves, big or small!

I've spent the past 2 years eating a ketogenic diet, often carnivore, and intermittent fasting. I've dropped about 35 pounds of fat, improved my glucose control from the prediabetic range to normal, and eliminated the dozen prescription drugs I was on. Most importantly, I have more energy and feel better than I have in 40 years.

You know my story with massage. Big leap for me and well worth it. I'd have a full body Swedish massage every week if I could afford it. I even feel uncomfortable receiving pampering massage from J, but as a paid service all is good. Even beginning to push boundaries a bit, while keeping it professional. Exercise is a must, but this is one of my downfalls. Exercise avoidant. J and I used to do 40 to 65 mile bicycle rides and I did not see that as exercise, just enjoying the world passing by from a nice viewpoint. I don't trust my balance right now so the spiders are the only ones using the bikes. I'm now doing Silver and Fit sessions via videos. Would be better to be in a live group as we did for the cancer studies. Managing testosterone levels and motivation are the big drivers.

I haven't had a massage in over ten years. After my last one, I've been reluctant to book another one. (Erection and preejaculate leakage while I was on my tummy left a rather obvious wet spot on the bed/table. That had never happened before.) I would love to start going again, but I'm a bit uncomfortable about it happening again. I've definitely branched out regarding pleasure with toys. Getting more comfortable with things other than my hand. And learning to take my time... that it's not a race to see how fast i can finish, has actually improved stamina and orgasm intensity during sex. I still have work to do on diet. I'm sure my sexual health would love me to improve my eating habits. 🫣

The ladies have a name for that: it’s called leaking. Do you know why? Because they do it too—and I’d dare say probably a little more often than us men. It’s funny, I had a couple of great jokes to post in the group, but there was no basis for them, so I was holding off. Now, about the massage therapist: the jury’s really out. Some will flip out and even change careers; others will be much more understanding. You have to judge for yourself. A lot of PTs and massage therapists know it’s a natural reaction—it’s really the client’s attitude afterward that decides whether they raise an alarm. If you’re mortified and humble, as opposed to “Hey now!!! ;)”, the chance of a return visit is much higher

Cycling , as I love cycling too much , good relief for stress and beneficial for your health ... and treat yourself afterwards with a cup of coffee or fresh juice

Thanks for sharing, Danny. I can see why getting another massage would make you hesitant. And I'm sure you know this already, but erections and a bit of pre-ejaculate release during a massage are normal body reactions. Not convenient when unexpected, but normal. If you ever feel ready to try again, you can try keeping your underwear on during the massage or talk about it with your therapist if you feel comfortable. Most have seen this stuff before. It’s great to hear you’re exploring pleasure in different ways and slowing things down. Diet… yep, that’s a tough one for most of us, especially around the holidays. Tiny changes do add up. No need to be perfect. 😉
