🎶🎶 Jingle balls, jingle balls… you know the rest. This one is all about why getting hit in the balls can make some people curl over in pain and others feel turned on.

In this video, I walk you through the anatomy of the testicles, why they are so sensitive, and how genital impact play fits into the larger world of kink. We talk about nerves, the cremaster muscle, why even hearing about a nut shot makes most people wince, and why some folks actually enjoy ball busting.

I also cover the basics of staying safe if you’re into this kind of play or curious about exploring it. Clear boundaries, communication, gradual build up, safe words, and knowing the difference between intense sensations and true injury.

If you have a history of testicular surgery, hernia repairs, or conditions like hydrocele or varicocele, it’s worth checking in with a healthcare provider before diving in. And as always, if something looks or feels off after impact, get medical care.

Have fun, stay curious, and keep your jingle balls jinglin’ safely.

Whew! Kink is not my thing. Okay, I'm going to admit right here for the first time that one of the reasons I discontinued pelvic therapy is that I was concerned it might become a pleasant kink for me and that is just out of bounds. Basically, the therapist was doing perineal massage to help me regain spontaneous erections and I was sweating blood that I would get an erection. She was holding my genitals out of the way as my holding them aside put too much of my attention on them. I realized that the game of fighting arousal could become a kink. Fortunately, I had benefited and did not need further treatment.

Dr Susie. You really had fun with this video. Loved the Holiday puns! One of your best yet 😊❤️

This might be the most entertaining video you've done yet Dr Susie! Though you did seem just a little too enthusiastic about the idea of ball busting! 😂 While I never kink shame, or yuck anyone's yum as you like to say, this is one kink I just can't get into. But to each their own!

PLEASE for us men…do NOT give up your day job. Although, it did look like you were having a “ball” with this video.

Don’t know about the kicking and stomping on them…hurts me just thinking of it. In Lingam massage, it does involve gentle tugging, pulling and twisting. I would like to find a place here in Tampa that does Lingam massage…and that is legal. 😁

Your best video yet. You look like you know how to ballbust! 1. Do YOU like the power that comes with a man's weak spot being the balls? 2. Have you delivered a nut shot ever and/or would you like to at some point? 3. "kids don't try this at home" - while every boy experienced their first sack tap from another kid :) 4. none of those male models could handle a sudden smack from you

Sometimes you have to learn how to duck and weave to protect your pelvic health.

I struggle immensely with having this kink. I honestly kind of hate it, feeling nothing but shame and fear surrounding it, and never having experienced it with a partner. I also deal with intermittent bouts of intense pelvic and testicular pain, which triggers some extreme health anxiety surrounding my genitals, and I feel like any kind of activity like this is only ever going to make my symptoms and experience worse, it’s tricky. I wish that fear would be enough to scare me away from wanting it, but that’s not the case. I honestly wish I could just be satisfied with conventional sex, because as it stands right now I just feel mostly isolated and bad regarding the whole thing.

Thank you for feeling comfortable to share this with us, Maffew. I hear how heavy and isolating this feels. The shame, fear, and worry about your body make total sense, especially with ongoing pelvic and testicular pain. When your nervous system is already on high alert, desire and fear can get tightly linked. That doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Having a kink is not a failure or a flaw. But it’s also okay to name that right now it feels distressing, not empowering. Trying to scare yourself out of it usually backfires. Shame tends to make desire louder, not quieter. Perhaps there are ways to explore your kink safely while also respecting your body's capacity and tissue tolerance.

I wish you could have had a blooper of a real nut shot from you!

Your models' nuts just breathed a sigh of relief

Dr. Susie, do you like how quickly women like you can power exchange with a guy from a smack to the nuts?
