I can’t believe it’s been a year since I launched this Patreon. When I hit that publish button, I had no idea how many of you would show up with your curiosity, vulnerability, and compassion around the pelvic and sexual wins and woes we all experience at some point in our lives.

I also never imagined we’d grow into a community of almost 1,000 members. Thank you for trusting this space, and for trusting me to help hold it with you. I could not have done this without all of you. I’m so grateful for this community.

This Patreon is very much a community-led platform. Your questions, feedback, and curiosity guide the content here. And early in the new year, we’re expanding even more into female-centric topics, including:

A live model demo of what a pelvic floor exam looks like for someone with a vagina

(huge thank you to Clinical Skills USA and their incredible gynecological teaching associates)

Live model demo treatment ideas for painful vaginal intercourse

Real-time translabial ultrasound to see pelvic floor muscles in action

A live Q&A session with women’s sexual medicine and gynecology expert Dr. Tami Rowen, MD

And boatloads more.

Be sure to check out the upcoming January calendar so you don’t miss what’s ahead.

And for those of you who really know me… IYKYK.

Your support fuels my energy and passion to keep advocating for men in pelvic therapy. It literally had me jamming to some Jackson Browne with a hand mixer in my kitchen because I couldn’t contain the excitement.

I’d love to hear from you. What kind of shenanigans, shares, and sexy science are you envisioning for us in 2026?

Drop your thoughts and ideas in the comments. I rely on your feedback to keep making this space even more kick-ass in the year ahead.

Sending you ALL the love. ❤️

Hugs, Dr. Susie

Thank you for the New Years video. I had it wrong in my calendar so I had to watch a replay but it was fun anyway. I'm celebrating 2021 cancer survival and results of my 2024 TRT and 2025 PF PT experience after 20 years of ED. It's like getting your life back. Happy New Year.

Looking forward to the painful intercourse and the ultrasound.

Which cancer was that?
