This would be a great and helpful video. I think condoms use is hit or miss for a lot of guys, having to deal with poor sizing, slippage or breaking and lack of sensation.

I think there is always room (no pun intended) for improvement or refinement. There are so many products out there. As far as the age goes, i think a lot of younger men are also being referred to pelvic PT for lower urinary tract symptoms (unable to empty their bladder, etc) or ED. There might be young men here. I am so seeing that STI transmissions are on the rise, could this also be because they haven't found a condom that works for them? More sex positivity and nonmonogamy is common now. . I am also hearing more women are getting off birth control to try naturally regulate their hormones. Lastly, I am also reading that after divorces, a lot of men haven't used condoms in a long time and are having to go thru the process of selecting one.

You’re spot on with this comment, Tim! STI transmission is on the rise in the 65+ population, often due to lack of education and lower condom use. Just because pregnancy is no longer a concern doesn’t mean STI risk isn't. Safer sex practices are important 😁 I was reading the recent CDC 2024 provisional surveillance stats showing declining trends in chlamydia and gonorrhea, but interestingly, congenital syphilis continues to rise. There are also more barrier options out there than most people realize, including internal condoms (female condoms). It would be really great if part of the video could be spent on safe/easy ways for your partner to put the condom on. I’d like to watch it with my spouse for ways to spice it up but a few times in the past it was more awkward and we wasted some!

It's been decades since this was a worry, but the problems I remember from my youth: How tight is this thing supposed to be? Who the heck has the long skinny dicks these seem to be made for? We didn't have the internet with condom or dick size info. And there certainly wasn't the wide selection on display that there is now. Ouch! The sparse hair on my shaft is caught in the rollback! That ruins the moment. Time to manscape. Skin may have bad reaction to spermicide. How do you manage the wax and wane of a longer session? I agree STI prevalence in senior communities should be emphasized. Hopefully we're never too old to have fun. Also you could cover dental dams for oral? How much does it lessen her experience? You can't put any suction on the clit can you?
