I do lots of Keagle exercises but ejaculation is very weak and almost no feeling just dribbles out

Darrell

Why is the place I can sit without perineal pain also the place I am not supposed to sit very long - the toilet seat (elongated not round)?

Are there exercises that can strengthen the bladder wall so that it keeps squeezing until empty? Mine seems to stop pushing 2/3 through the void and I have to stand there and wait for gravity to finish the job. I'm 81 with hx of radiation and ADT treatment of prostate ca 2021, hx hypogonadism and now receiving Aveed every 10 weeks.

Are there any exercises that specifically help relax a tight puborectalis muscle that obstructs bowel movements, but at the same time doesn't aggravate mild haemorrhoids?

Can damage to a testicle be "hidden"? Unable to be seen clearly in an ultrasound and unable to be felt during palpation? And are all of the structures of the aforementioned organ sensitive/highly enervated, or just the..."body"?

Joe J

What can be done for an overactive or hyperactive cremaster muscle causing a tight scrotum? Lots of reading has shown this can be increased or even caused by pelvic floor dysfunction. Is the same true for a retractile or “turtling” of the penis?

Carlos

Dr. Susie hopefull I am not too late with my question. My current pelvic floor therapist did an external muscle evaluation (fully clothed) at my initial evaluation. We are about to finish my therapy and since then there has not been any internal exam. Is an external exam just as good/accurate as an internal exam?

Carlos

I am starting to hear about the use of peptides, one of them being PT-141. Can you explain what peptides do for men.

Dr. Susie Gronski - Doctor of Physical Therapy

Hey Carlos! Peptides are a bit outside my knowledge base and area of expertise. This is probably a great question for our nutritionist, Dr. Jason Stevens, to weigh in on. He regularly shares insights and helps answer questions about nutrition therapy and the science behind it in our Discord chats. 😊 Also, I highly recommend following Dr. Lauren Colenso-Semple, PhD who talks a lot about the nuances around peptides. This is a great YouTube video she did with Andrew Coates https://youtu.be/zRVqP7g3Tgk?si=M83X7BYxA68r_pWX
