Content

A company recently reached out to collaborate on some educational content featuring their prostate massager device. Before I move forward, I’d love to hear from you.

Would you be interested in a live demo covering how a prostate massager is used, along with practical education around prostate stimulation, pelvic floor, and pleasure?

If yes, what questions would you like me to address? For example:

How do you choose the right device?

How is it inserted and used safely?

Can it be helpful for pelvic floor relaxation?

Are there any risks or precautions?

Drop your questions and thoughts in the comments below.

Yes it would be good to get a professional opinion on it and how to correctly do it

Mark Y.

I would love an answer to all of those questions. It would also be nice to know if it's possible to actually ejaculate from using one. Not to be TMI, but in my experience I never actually finish, and while the sensation is incredible throughout the experience, it never feels like you actually get full release. And I personally struggle with becoming erect after or during anything backdoor related, and I've never understood why.

Yes. And I appreciate Mark Y.'s questions. For me...why would one want to stimulate the prostate in the first place? When my PT worked on it a little bit I didn't experience any sexual or arousal feelings that I recall. I did get erect. I've read about prostate massage and milking, but I confess I don't know what I am supposed to expect. Finally, does a somewhat enlarged prostate suggest caution -- or does it not matter? Thanks. I hope I've said nothing inappropriate or off the mark.

Mark Y.

It took me a few tries with an Aneros but when you "rewire" your brain, the pleasure sensations are pretty incredible and can go on for a very long time. More akin to rolling pleasure waves than one explosive climax.

Top Ten Questions based on experience: 1. How many motors does it have and where are they on the device? 2. What vibration patterns do the motors supply, are these (re)programmable, and if so, how? 3. What is the thickness of its widest insertable point? 4. What is the insertable portion's length dimension? 5. How is the base constructed for safe use (i.e., no ER visits to remove!)? 6. How is vibration amplitude controlled? 7. How is recharging accomplished? 8. Is it water resistant or waterproof? 9. If it uses a mobile device app, how is the app connection established? 10. Can pattern data files be backed up off the device and reloaded?

I'm wondering is this device is limited to the most accessible side of the prostate or if can reach the "far side" so to speak. Can it reach and massage the seminal vesicals and if so would it help in any way?

Karl

Along with a live demo, a demo with a cut away I think would be very useful to see how and where the massager actually makes contact and how.

Are they part of legitimate pelvic floor therapy or a sex toy? Depending how you view them? If prostate massage is needed as part of your of pelvic PT then a pelvic PT should be willing to show you the basics as Vito’s did and explain the ins and outs (pun intended) and follow through with you. However I think a shotgun approach as they are trying to do one size fits all(no pun intended)

What are the best positions for insertion and comfort. Tips for maximizing pleasure.

Dr. Susie Gronski - Doctor of Physical Therapy

The seminal vesicles sit behind the bladder and above the prostate. An average prostate massager would most likely not reach or directly access these structures due to their location and depth within the pelvis.

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us, VitoPagoda. These are thoughtful remarks, nothing inappropriate at all. I'll be sure to address everyone's questions in the video demo.
