I was recently interviewed on the GETSOME podcast with Michelle Fischler for a candid conversation about men’s pelvic and sexual health.

We get into:

Erectile dysfunction and what erection changes are considered normal

Pelvic floor muscles, nerves, and sexual function

Early ejaculation, arousal, and the nervous system

Pelvic pain and why symptoms can persist even when medical tests are “normal”

Penis size, body image, and unrealistic expectations

What really happens during a male pelvic floor exam (yes, bodies do body things!

Why pelvic health therapy for men is about so much more than Kegels

And, of course, we talk about this incredible Patreon community and why creating a shame-free space for men to learn about their bodies matters so much ❤️

Does Your Dick Need Rehab?

You went to the doctor. The bloodwork was fine, the scans were fine, and you were told to live with it. So you assumed the problem must be you. But what if the pain, the softer erections, the coming sooner than you want were never in your head?

The Patreon community is such a great resource. Thank you, Dr. Susie for creating and posting all this wonderful info on men’s health!

Thanks Dr . Susie and Doctor, most men don't want to look weak if there are issues anywhere. Women only have to whisper they are not well and there is an instant support group. Men are knights on horses, but we are not made of stone, thanks for reaching out doctors. Erection often define a man and his self belief, it is good to know there are treatments. Connecting arousal to general health is good to know. The open talk is vital feedback.

I agree, Neil. It's challenging for men to find support for such intimate concerns; though I believe that is slowly changing. The more we openly discuss these issues, the more comfortable men will feel seeking help and more healthcare providers will be comfortable supporting them. At least that is my hope 💜.

I have been doing penile rehab for a couple years, after seeing you in your office, and am making some progress. Still a long way to go. Thanks for this resource presented today.
