I love that you get so flustered in the middle of this episode you started throwing out Christian heresies. You can't save Jesus, it's a central component of Christianity that he has to die! I can't support Ulrich. I wouldn't kill a small child! But if I did, I have to believe it would be more efficient. How is he getting evaded and beat on by a 9 year old? Edit: Per your ending discussion, the show is in chronological order so far. Mikkel disappeared 4th November 2019, everything that happened in every timeline has been going in order to the current date which I think is sometime between 9th-11th November. 13th November is when Helge is supposed to testify.

The relationships are really the heart of the show. I love the mystery and time travel theorising, but the characters and what they do, and how they interact is the show.

I disagree that Helge is the killer. I think 1953 kid Helge just explained to Ulrich what he does currently, will do in 86 and will do in 2019. Kid Helge said he doesn't end the birds he just takes them when they are already dead. That cannot be a throwaway scene, it has to be some sort of foreshadowing, no? So, I must conclude that 86 and 2019 Helge do the same thing but with the bodies instead of birds.

Yeah, Ulrich let a kid get away from him as cop. CRAZY. He's truly a mess as Lee says. Because he doesn't actually know if Helge is the killer. He just suspects. If I were Ulrich, I'd consider going back to 2019 then going into the cave and taking the right at the fork to see if that leads me to another time. You could argue emotion got the best of him though. But you have to confirm the killer first. He could end up offing kid Helge and his son and brother STILL get taken because Helge was just 'the garbage truck operator' not the person creating the 'waste'. And now as Lee and Director just said Ulrich has given Helge motivation to do all that he does in 86 and 2019 (such as assisting the real murderer). I don't think it's Helge because when Helge was in that basement room, playing make believe, he looked on the wall and saw dates written on it already. Also, Ulrich was suspecting Tronte in 2019 too, so he should've followed kid Tronte in 1953 as well, why only Helge? Because he chose his culprit already, gut feelings over evidence just like the cop before him smh.

Also, this means clock dude wrote that book not just based on theories but based on actually meeting Ulrich. But he only met Ulrich because he wrote the book and that book caused Ulrich to go find him in 1953. So, which came first? Writing the book or meeting Ulrich? Funny the existence of the very book that explains that time is circular is actually an instance of time being circular itself. This show is too good. I have way too many thoughts. One crackpot theory I had is that Jonas is Noah 💀. I threw that one away because nah no way.....but what if he is though? 👀

Charlotte is the only detective worth her salt and she's still doing a secret investigation into jer husband, which has to be a conflict of interest. Again, Ulrich acting on emotion, I don't think he seriously suspected his dad because of their relationship. Also Mikkel is dead either way if he cut Tronte off as a child. Which also means he's happy for Charlotte's children to be removed from existence (Helge is their dad's father), he's terrible. I really can't stand by Ulrich on any level. I understand his emotions, but how he acts on them is senseless. He has no proof on Helge. Helge actually takes his line about being able to change the past and future from Ulrich, which is a direct example of Ulrich's abuse and the head trauma he gave Helge maybe being the reason for Helge's later behaviour and maybe contributing to his dementia. Well done, Ulrich. And I can't stand behind him as an evil puppetmaster because he didn't mean to do it, and he can't even confirm a kill.

Yeah I didn't mean he should off Tronte as that's just self deletion because Ulrich should cease to exist if he does that. I just meant that as soon as he started suspecting Helge Tronte was no longer a suspect for him. He should've at least followed Tronte too is all I'm saying

I really feel bad for Helge, bro wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed to begin with and then he got his head smashed in by Ulrich because of a hunch. He really had the worst day ever, in the same day: Gets scolded by his mom. Bullied and robbed by local thugs. Gets pissed on by said thugs. Loses girl off his dream to a boy who just came into town. Dude from the future tries to kill him and makes him dumber.
