Yeah the version I watched had different subs and in them it said something like ”the word about you being a teacher hasn’t gone around yet” (don’t remember word for word and too lazy to look it up again) It also had different names for ”Beat” and the mana stone

To answer what Sylphie is good at (no spoiler) is that she's good at healing magic. She's not a super pro, but she can do it without chanting it. Rudy still has to chant healing spells. She tried to teach him chantless healing in a previous episode but he couldn't get it.

Yea, more often than not the quiet girls are absolute beasts in bed...I remember all the way back in highschool I had this one girl in class. Always quiet, always polite, never went out drinking, even teachers joked around that she is the angel of the class...and then one day I've met her at a house party...I think it was someones birthday, but not the point...we got a bit too much to drink, and MY GOD, 15 or so years later still the best sex I ever had...a shame things didn't work out between us after we both sobered up.

to add to that, LN only(but would be from season 1 episode 4 or 5), back in buena village, when rudy was teaching eris, zenith had sylphie help her with healing people. zenith was sorta like the village doctor because she could use healing magic. so she taught sylphie. the reason why sylphie can use it without incantation is that she understands the fundimentals behind the magic. rudy came from our world so he gets thermo dynamics and that sort of thing, which is why he can do elemental spells without incantation, but he didnt know medical stuff.

for some reason, this episodes subs were sometimes missing. was the same on the site i watch it on. and to answer your question about what syphie can do, she casts all her spells without incantation as well as healing spells(that she can do without incantion, rudy can use healing spells but has to chant), which rudy cant do. but rudys spells are more powerful and he has more mana. sylphie actually has a very large mana pool too, but she started magic later than rudy, so it didnt get as large as his. roxy is a water king, and at this point shes gotten good enough that shes shortened her incantation to like the bare minimum, but she cant silent cast. its almost like you need to learn it when you are young enough, kinda like perfect pitch in music. and yes roxy can heal. she was an adventurer so she can pretty much do everything. infact all three of them can use healing magic.

I'm losing my mind that people care enough about Mushoku to constantly make a huge fuss. Like you know there are far worse things with no story, no anything and that often isn't even anime. (Yet they constantly use it) I think it's because it has Ideas and shows situations that totally have existed and that really offends some as it doesn't fit "2020 western narrative."(Idk if there's a better term)

Having a notation for "LN:" or "Manga:" could be useful. I try to only share stuff like that AniNews, THE anime cut content creator, would share, as he tends to fully verify if the anime could reveal such info later. Though, blatantly nonsensical changed details do come up, as they don't affect the plot usualy, just the facts and perhaps the picture of who a character is or what they feel. In fact, I wish you two dudes reacted to his cut content videos. He has properly filled in gaps for so many series, and it is highly rewarding when I see an anime reacter consume those videos.

If I type "In the light novel" under a video, is is absolutely for anime-onlys. I'd try to never discuss actual spoilers where anime-onlys can see them. I hate spoilers with an unreasonable fervor. The thing I shared about the shrine is 100% legit to know. Not explaining the anime's lapse in detail should lead to a very obvious question.

I'm kinda shocked that the anime didn't show Rudi's concerns about Lucie. Dang. The subs were kinda terrible. Sorry you dudes had to work with such mistakes. Rudi is NOT a teacher at the school, btw.

Sometimes they just leave them out for time or because its unneeded. (LN stuff from like episode 4 of season 1 ) Like slyphie attacking paul when she found out about he sent rudy away. Against a normal fighter she would have actually killed him, but because he had gotten use to fighting rudy without his incantation and because hes awesome, he was able to defend then get her handled. Stuff like that is more the extra flavor txt that you get from novels, but in the limited time of an anime, it adds too little to be worth putting in. And no this wil never be brought up in the anime. Infact i think they vaguely mentioned in in season one, like "the things rudy taught her" type of thing.

To caveat that this is indeed NOT a spoiler, is its shown in Season 2 episode 14 or 15. Whichever episode had Rudy trying to teach Sylphy disturb magic. It's after they move into the house. (The house Rudy bought that Lee did not approve of because he didnt ask his wife first lmao)

From now on, to avoid any risk of spoilers, I’ll add timestamps to your reactions when I explain something that's already happened. (So it’s clear it’s not for the main episode but from what you uploaded yourself. These timestamps will not be accurate if you use them on any version other than these reactions from Lee) S2EP13 at 3:20: The Relic — All 3 of you comment on the box, but only Director asks what’s inside (the box). You can clearly see Rudy placing the box inside the shrine. If you watch a bit before that, check the bed for the answer to whats inside the box. Still unclear? Go to S2EP12 at exactly 22:55 and then go back to S2EP13 at around 3:20 (or when the bed is shown). S2EP15 at 6:25: How strong is Sylphy / What can she do? This builds on everything you’ve seen her (as Fitz) do so far. This moment gives a good hint at what she excels at compared to Rudy. No direct answer is really possible; you've got to consider her power level for yourself IMO. S2EP22 at 16:31: What can Roxy do? The whole episode is great for this, but this timestamp shows her using healing magic (and again at 17:14). Like with Sylphy, form your own conclusion based on the power scaling you’ve seen. Primarily, this episode showcases Roxy using water magic and healing. The title of this episode (“Water King-Level Magician”) covers Roxy’s rank. Director was pretty much spot on. If you want to double-check it’s not new info, go back to S1EP1 at 21:12 (man does this reaction look dated compared to today lol)—Roxy explains the full magic rank system there. (Note: the translation in your reaction's subs differs slightly from later episodes.) The big difference between the LN and anime is that the novels explain almost everything via narration. The anime shows a lot through actions and world-building instead, so you sometimes have to connect the dots yourself. IMO, it feels off to call something a spoiler when the anime already demonstrated it—even if no character explicitly narrates “this means X.” We all watched the same show; sometimes it trusts the audience to interpret it. (Disclaimer: At the time I commented on the last episode, I didn’t see anyone spoil anything in the comments, but I never checked it again afterwards. Like usual, don’t spoil things and you never know in what order the anime is going to reveal certain information.) By all means, if you (or anyone reading this) are concerned whether a comment is a spoiler or not, feel free to DM me. I will either A) Find the episode it’s shown/explained in or B) confirm if it’s a spoiler. Keep in mind, confirming a spoiler makes it a spoiler for sure, while an unconfirmed one could remain ambiguous if scrolled past and ignored.
