They pulled a "Chain" saw Man with the opening video of "Chain" smoking Cat, with it being all 100% scenes from famous movies (mostly Fight Club and Breakfast Club). You should try to clock the references. This one does more than Chainsaw Man in that it's borderline rotoscoped from the actual movie.

If there was ever a series to watch with the others man. This would KILL for reactions. I do get wanting to do more but how much of that is quality? Quantity isnt always better than quality and you can only react once. So if its a lackluster reaction you've just wasted time. Theres a reason all those solo channels dont tend to do that well. More just always feels better since people usually wanna only watch a couple reactions to something before they get bored.and theres tons of solo reactors already but few quality group reactors with soul and passion behind them. Thats how normies and rt tv and them end up doing so well. It doesnt feel overly produced or shallow. It just feels like hanging out with the guys who really wanna give the best experience possible to the viewer and themselves. Rather than just churning it out like robots. Like im never gonna watch a k drama but imagine if you didnt get to enjoy your k dramas the way YOU wanted to the first time. Well reactions are always better with a stable group. So its massively appreciated when they find the time or take the time to just put out what they want when they have time for it. This approach...Idk man I hope it works out for you.

No worries I don’t think it hurts to add an extra video I didn’t cost anybody anything. If it doesn’t work out. I learn my lesson and use my time differently. You mentioned great people. I also take note of the success of Joe, Cawcaw, Ed anime, and Nicholas Light and we could name a few others. If I’m boring to watch. I just gotta work on that

I think there’s one thing you’re not considering when you said long-term gain. I am thinking long-term. I didn’t drop a whole business motto. I said what makes sense and what people care about. But to add…. I’m not going anywhere… like ever. I plan to stay and evolve on the platform. What if Director moves or he gets married next and makes a big life decision like Adorkable did? Then what? I would have laid no groundwork? That’s why I added my wife. She fits and I added RAG months ago working on my skill set. I’m going to be extremely vulnerable if I can’t survive on my own as a YouTuber. And if I want to check out a show, what’s the point in watching it off-camera when it’s convenient for me to record it? I have all the infrastructure and editors there asking for more work lol. The Patreons on Discord wanted this. So for me, I’m working on myself long-term, proving work for my editors, giving my subscribers what they ask for. I think these all serve long-term goals. I can write a whole essay on my business plans. But at least you know that I’m thinking a lot deeper than I added on to the intro, but that would’ve been too long and it doesn’t relate to the average person. I only shared because you made it a point of interest. Also, I don’t mind that we disagree after you read this explanation. In businesses, there are a lot of different directions people can go. Originally, I was told I was going to fail as a reaction channel. I just as easily could have. But at least I wanted you to know that I put more consideration into it than one may realize.

Nah i agree clearly you think about it. Im just always a "Scour the area for everything before moving to the next area" kind of person so in my mind its always gonna sound better to save the best reactions for the times when you can get the most value from them. Like K dramas or rent a girlfriend you can probably do solo and nobody is gonna care so those kinds of shows are great for extra work. But stuff like this thats gold to react to is damn near a waste as a solo. Imagine you seeing that dookie scene with at least one other person to riff off. Its because you DO have those powerful allies still that I would think its better to save them for the biggest reactions. Especially since people can then find it later on YouTube if it gets more traction. But maybe you just dont think this is worth that much 😅. I guess it just comes down to us valuing this series differently. To me this is as good of a reaction value as something like 100 girlfriends and close to rezero simply because its comedy gives it tons of rewatch value.

I see. The best time for a new show is while it’s trending. Right now, we’re dealing with a culture that will forget something by next month. My goal is to use trendy media to get the maximum attention possible, which sprinkles into the rest of our content. If I wait and the hype goes down, I’ll keep a great evergreen video, but I’ll lose the initial subscriber boost trendy content gives. Reaaaaalllly don’t have to save it it Kdramas Chinese dramas Western live-actions American animations Anime Chinese anime coming up Movies There is no shortage of content, and I don’t expect there to be. If you’re talking about a dry spell with anime, that’s different, but I diversified to remove that dependency, and I am diversifying with solo reactions for my own protection. No need to delay it unless I want to milk the monthly subscriptions. But my goal for this video is to boost my subscriber base and attract people who appreciate…. Me. The best way to get people to watch… Me… Is to post … Me… to popular videos. I think your advice is for the goal of seeing me react with an extra person. But my goal is different. It’s not my goal to have another person to laugh with over poop, lol. My goal is long-term stability, even if it’s just me.
