Whoa! I almost dropped my drink like Yamada-kun dropped his phone when Nishi-san said I like you first! Never would have thought that would happen!😲 Now we need to wrap up Tani and Azuma-san or Tanzuma like Suzuki-san ships them! I need them to figure it out before I lose it!😄 I love how you love those extras on in the scene. That is the biggest worry if ai takes over subs cause they won't know to translate those cause it isn't part of the script. I hope that never comes to be cause those little nuances make an anime amazing!😓

I'm over here looking at these episodes, scratching my neck for some Tirazuma development. I'm feening to see Azuma just say the most direct affectionate shit to Taira to see how he'd react to pure non-overthinkable affection

26:35 I also had the same thought while I was watching. If it was last season or the start of this season, I never would've expected Nishi to confess first, but given the direction of their characters, it just made more sense for her to do it first. Yamada started to actually think to the point of getting into his own head and overcomplicating things, while she got more confident in actually speaking her mind. Her needing the verbal confirmation that he liked her was the icing on the cake. The funny thing about Taira is that he's basically a Ramparts of Ice (The mangaka's other series) character dropped into the fluffy wholesome Polar Opposites show where everyone else is kind and gets along, which is pretty fun and entertaining in its own way. Whenever you guys do get some more time to cover another romance series, I think it would be right up both of your alleys, seeing as how every YT reactor I watch has Taira as their favorite character/plotline and the ones that do watch Ramparts prefer it a little more, lol. I think it shows how she's capable of writing two different types of stories that both still have very good character writing.

I am still impressed with Yamada as a character he would have been the jokester friend character that did not get a girl in most other series. He was great how he got to know Nishii and build up the relationship. I was happy with their confession. I think Tiara and Azuma will be frineds but I don't think they will get togther now. I think they will be friends and then get togther maybe in college. Azuma has started to change and open up but Tiara is not quite there yet.

You were right Lee, we don't know Gapacho. Yamada has been bringing them up since like episode 1 and we have no idea who they are. Its a recurring joke. Director is thinking of a different side character Morimo
