Somewhere in the Multiverse, there is a planet of female elves. In their evolution, some expressed a protector trait that caused their bodies to grow much larger and stronger than those without the trait. The evolutionary forces that resulted in this mutation became irrelevant millennia ago, but the trait persists to this day. In modern times, the trait can be artificially activated in any of these she-elves, but also still occurs naturally on occasion. Some she-elves embrace this change to the status-quo and push their bodies as far as possible. An average she-elf stands a petite 5' (1.5m, 154cm) tall, being very dexterous and agile, but woefully weak, while a she-elf with the protector trait will naturally grow to an average of 6' (1.8m, 183cm) tall, while being as strong as 5 average she-elves put together. But, if a protector she-elf uses modern exercise techniques and supplements, she can easily grow larger and stronger indefinitely. With no pre-defined lifespan for a she-elf, protectors that embrace their trait have always gotten bored of growing larger and stronger before reaching any sort of upper limit. The largest known protector grew to a towering 10'3" (3.1m, 312cm) height before she decided to pursue other interests. It is said her strength was that of hundreds, if not thousands of average she-elf's strength, and her body was nearly indestructible. Our she-elf here was a natural born protector, but only decided to start exercising her gift a year ago. Here we see her standing at a height of 6'7" (2m, 200cm), and possessing the strength of no less than 25 average she-elves. She hopes to continue her journey to see if there is any upper limit to her body's ability to grow. But, she has a long road ahead, as it will likely take a couple decades just to reach the current record size.

This piece is inspired by the Dragon Ball Multiverse fan comic. I recently saw a video on YouTube narrating the story-so-far of the comic and was struck by the appearance of a minor side-character that showed up in a couple panels. If you've seen the comic, and you're reading this, then you probably also noticed the very minor character that I'm referring to, as she is notably the most muscular character that is very clearly female in the comic.
