Patreon decided to prioritize earning money via their iOS store app and will force all of its creators into a Subscription Billing system in November 2025. This will put extra pressure on your monthly budget & pressures me to work the entire month before getting paid.

Patreon will also place the burden of paying Apple's fees on its users instead of paying for them itself, so I advise against supporting any creator via the iOS app. Use your browser!

Also, Patreon censors my work and prevents me from advertising on social media. So if you'd like to see content Patreon doesn't like, you may have to go elsewhere, like SubscribeStar. That's been less of an issue lately, so but it's still a concern.
