A commission for "Your Local Cash Register" (yes that's their name) of their OC Skye using her tail to bounce like a makeshift trampoline.

Skye, who was taking a hike on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, decided to climb up a tree to get a better view of the hillside. Sitting upon a long sturdy branch, she took in the breathtaking sight of the trees and gardens, watching the sunlight gleam in the leaves and bushes in the surrounding area. But without warning, the branch she was sitting on suddenly snapped. Skye squealed in panic, her arms and legs flailing as she plummeted towards the ground below.

Thinking quickly, she puffed out her cheeks as if gulping down a breath of air, her striped tail puffing up like a foxtail before expanding like a balloon. With her tail now over 7ft in diameter, she hit the ground with a soft reverberating boing, her ballooning appendage breaking her fall as she sank into its soft rubbery surface. “Whoah!” she gasped, feeling her tail squeeze her sides, puckering around her body as if giving her a hug. Absorbing the momentum of her fall, her tail suddenly sprung her back into the air, floating a few feet with her puffy appendage bobbing beneath her. Skye's inflatable tail slowed her ascent, giving her a bit of buoyancy in the air before descending back down.

Absorbing her fall again, her tail squished around her with a squeak as a blush spread across her face, giggling as the inflatable rubber cushioned her like a hammock. With a wide smile, she began bouncing herself intentionally, using her tail as a trampoline while squealing with laughter. And so, she spent the rest of the afternoon bouncing without a care in the world. Once the sun had begun to set, she would take a nap on her inflatable tail, drifting off as its buoyant surface rocked her to sleep.
