You take a deep breath as you finally finish pitching the last tent on the grounds, wiping the sweat off your forehead, about ready to collapse from exhaustion. You pull yourself together before heading over to your boss beckoning you from one of the vans being loaded. Even though the tents are all set up, there is so much more to do.

You had been a bit down on your luck as of late, an aspiring set designer fresh out of college, ready to work hard and make a name for yourself, only to spend hours hunched over your laptop searching for work. One cover letter after another, email after email, and soon days turn into weeks just when you thought you were out of luck, you managed to get a job with a traveling circus. Impeccable timing since your parents had just kicked to the curb.

But the job was no easy task, hours of backbreaking work, traveling from place to place, and living on the go doesn’t don’t come with many luxuries, as you would find yourself sleeping in a hammock at best, or an old ripped-up sleeping bag at worst. But a job is a job.

From the van, you unloaded several packages of inflatables, floats for advertising, party balloons for the clowns, and even some mascot costumes. Even after you and your co-workers had brought all the boxes into the storage area in the building-sized circus tent, it took hours just to sort through each and every box. You toiled away until the summer sun had begun to set. The strong smell of natural latex was starting to drive you crazy as you began pumping air into some of the smaller inflatable decorations, sorting them all up against the side of the tent for the time being so you could set them up tomorrow. With a deep breath, you sigh with relief as you take the last inflatable prop out of the box, only to realize something is off. What you took out of the box was smooth and shiny, not like the vinyl that most of the mascot costumes were made of, but more like a deflated rubber balloon.

It didn't look like a typical circus decoration and you could have sworn that the circus had no latex decorations in inventory, but you might as well set up whatever it was since you were already holding it. Though exhausted, you attached the balloon's rather tiny nozzle to the pump, turning it on as it roars to life with a rush of air. If anything he would at least be entertaining to watch this balloon take shape. It takes less than a few seconds for the rubber to take shape, with big puffy limbs swelling out from its sides just like you would expect from a circus mascot. The sound of creaking rubber is almost as loud as the pump itself, with deep reverberating squeaks filling the room like a deafening roar, almost like it was a beast waking from a nap.

Of course, it didn't take long for the balloon to finally fill up, with every little wrinkle smoothening out along its shiny surface, standing as tall as a trailer and looking as soft as a marshmallow as you turned off the pump. You couldn't help but smile as you stared up at the now fully inflated balloon, which turned out to be an inflatable kangaroo of all things, with a cute and rather welcoming cartoony smile, a light brown chocolatey surface, and a big thick rounded form that looked perfect for hugging. Its towering form wobbled in place as the sound of creaking rubber echoed throughout its interior, looking a bit fragile and bouncy for the circus decoration. It looked more like a rubber pool toy than something you would see at the circus. Maybe it was a prize for one of the games they had?

But for the time being, it wouldn't be your problem until the next morning. You turn around and walk toward the exit, only for a sensation of wooziness to wash over you as you become dizzy and disoriented. As your exhaustion finally gets the best of you, it feels as if the world is spinning as you lose your balance, stumbling backward as you begin to collapse, but rather than collapsing against the hard matted floor your fault is abruptly interrupted with a soft, rubbery squeak. After the woosiness had passed, you find yourself slumped against the inflatable kangaroo, leaning comfortably against its soft squishy belly. The rubber gently squishes around you and cradles your back like a sofa, effortlessly supporting your weight as you regain your composure. Though relieved, you could have sworn the kangaroo was lined up near the other inflatables, but as you tilt your head up and look at its adorable smiling face, you see it's indeed sitting right behind you.

You're clearly suffering from exhaustion, letting out a sigh as you take a moment to rest against the balloon. Only now do you realize just how soft it really is, holding you ever so gently like a pool floaty, gently squeaking as you allow yourself to get comfortable atop the inflatable rubber. For the first time, you're finally able to relax, the exhaustion finally taking its toll on you as you slowly close your eyes, feeling strangely calm in the presence of the giant rubber kangaroo. The subtle rubber squeaks sound strangely soothing as you drift off, almost as if listening to a lullaby, making you want… to just fall asleep.

In fact, as you begin to doze, you can feel a gentle hand brushing against the top of your head, your imagination getting the best of you as… Your phone alarm goes off, and you spring up from the kangaroo. Your phone reminds you it's time for you to check in with inventory as you run off in a panic, realizing how close you were to being caught sleeping on the job.

Later that night, you finally return to your trailer throwing on your ripped-up pajamas and getting into your hammock, finally ready to just fall asleep. But even as the soft fabric of the hammock cradles you, it just makes you wish you were still sleeping on the kangaroo. You sigh as you remember how perfectly rubber’s flexible surface would cradle you, squishing around you as you sank into its embrace, as if being carried by a cloud made of latex. The thought was enough to help you doze off, and you couldn't help but smile as the balloon continued to linger in your thoughts. You can even hear the soft squeaks of its gentle rubber as you slowly doze off, only to shoot up from your hammock as you realize you're not imagining it.

You can hear quiet but distinct squeaks coming from the outside trailer, turning towards the window just in time to see a large silhouette pass by your window. Your heart jumps as you roll out of your hammock, hearing the subtle rippling squeaks passing your trailer. For a second you think it's just your imagination until you look out the window and see that same large silhouette disappear behind one of the tents. Your entire body shivers in your PJs as you take a large gulp, looking toward your roommates as you debate whether or not to wake them up. However knowing them, they wouldn't take you seriously, and if it turned out to be nothing, they would simply never let him hear the end of it. Hesitantly, as you put on your slippers, you exit the trailer and head over to the tents, where you last saw the silhouette.

Assuming it was just a petty thief or some rowdy kids looking for a cheap thrill, you reassure yourself that you could scare them away by simply telling them off with a yell. Even with the dim lamp lights placed throughout the campsite, it's not enough to see where you're going, making you feel a bit uneasy as if someone could just jump out and grab you when you least expect it. But this isn't a horror story after all and you know there's nothing to be afraid of, or at least you think.

As you approach the circus tent's main entrance, you look around the surrounding equipment but see no one, much less anything missing. You think that you're mind might be playing tricks on you, turning around with an exhausted yawn as you’re about to head back. But then, your yawn is followed up by a short and shallow gasp, your eyes widen as you face the circus tent entrance, which was ripped... wide open. Stumbling back, you see that the fabric of the tent is now in tatters on the ground, with little strands blowing in the gentle breeze. This wasn't the result of an attempted break-in, it looked like a wild animal had torn the tent open with its bare hands. You’re just about to run back to inform the others, before you hear a rumbling symphony of creaking rubber right behind you.

You don't even have time to turn around before something coils around you by surprise, gently but firmly squeezing your midsection with a high-pitched squeak. You gasped as you’re swiftly lifted off the ground, feeling as if a tight pool floaty had been wrapped around your torso, or more specifically, like a large squishy hand. Next thing you know as your legs flail beneath you, your slippers fall to the ground leaving you barefoot as you're greeted by the sight of a large pair of shiny brown lips looming over you. You have just enough time to express your disbelief, watching the massive lips puckering and smacking with a deep rumbling squeak before smothering your face in a deeeeep smooch. (the sound of squeaking echoing within a balloon accompanied by the muffled protests of a human) it's too late to make a sound now as the unmistakable sensation of inflatable rubber squeezes around your face, trapping you in a firm suction that makes it impossible to pull away. You moan in protest, but you can barely make a sound over the loud creaking latex enveloping your face, squeezing your cheeks until your own lips are forced into an awkward pucker.

(the sound of a feminine mmmmmmmwah! Along with a Deep smack of rubber)

With a deep popping smack, your face is finally freed, taking a much-needed breath of air as you finally get a good look at your rather affectionate assailant. You are met with yet another surprise before you're very eyes, seeing the adorable wide-eyed grin of the inflatable kangaroo you had stored away just before going to bed. It’s printed eyes blinked at you slowly, remaining only half open as it stared at you with an affectionate smile, as one would holding a puppy. Not only that, but its demeanor also differed from the default expression it wore earlier, making the kangaroo appear much more feminine than when you had stored it away.

Her body seemed to bob and jiggle with every moment she made, as if her squishy rubber skin were made of jelly, accentuating her incredibly soft form. Even her chest now appeared to have a bit of heft to it, forming a smooth bust-like curve like, a sweater dress covering a pair of voluptuous breasts.

Although very much still alarmed by the living balloon holding you, you can't hide the soft blush spreading across your face as your heart skips a beat, it's large soft inflatable body looking even more inviting as it speaks to you in a soft sultry voice. “Awwwwwww… you're even cuter up close…” the kangaroo whispers, her large ballooney tail swishing back and forth behind her. The softness of her voice takes you by surprise, her soft gentle tone easing your panic as if putting you under a spell. You even stop squirming in her hand as her you're left speechless by her demeanor, almost as if you suddenly feel compelled to trust her, even with her squishy digits still wrapped around your body. “Mmmmmm… I could just…" she coed with a pause, her smile growing as if overwhelmed just by the sight of you.

That's when you feel her other hand cup your back, pulling you closer to her body as she takes you into a soft squeaky hug. Before you have anything to say in the matter, your face is swiftly plunged into the plump curve of her soft chest, enfolding your head with the squishiness of a foam pillow. She murmurs happily as she practically envelopes you into her soft inflatable body, her pliable rubber skin squishing and squeaking around you. You can't help but whimper as she squeezes you, feeling as if you were wrapped up in a squeaky blanket.

However, as the hug lingers, you wiggle your head against her squishy bosom, in an attempt to let her know that she's starting to smother you. “Awwwwww…” she coos to you, taking your squirms as a reciprocate nuzzle and she squeezes you tighter. She doesn't seem to understand that you need to breathe, so you try to wiggle your head free from her bosom. This proves no easy task as her latex simply stretches with you as you move, keeping your head snug in her inflatable chest. Fortunately, she loosens her hug just enough for you to lift your head up, allowing you to take a much-needed breath as your eyes once again meet hers. The kangaroo looks down upon you with an adoring smile as she takes notice of your flushed face, blissfully unaware that she had quite literally smothered you with her affection.

“Ohhhhh… that little blush… Are you comfy like this?” she asks in a soft voice, her large puffy tail swishing back and forth behind her in a symphony of soft jiggling squeaks. Though your face was mostly red from the latex smothering you, you couldn't deny that there was a certain comfort to being in her arms. This giant balloon woman clearly didn't mean any harm, just a bit clueless. She was certainly gentle, practically blanketing your body and her soft arms which molded nicely to your comparably small form, the latex rippling softly as you squirmed in her embrace.

“You seemed so exhausted when I caught you during your fainting spell earlier, poor little thing. I would have happily let you sleep on my belly had you stayed.” she says with an affectionate, purr. You then feel one of her soft digits gently stroke the back of your head, your face blushing even brighter as your chest flutters from her gentle touch.

“You looked so cold in that uncomfortable hammock, you were stirring like a little bug, if I wasn't too big for the trailer I would have come in and scooped you up in my arms nice and tight to you.” she giggles, rocking you back and forth she tightens her hug, just enough to squeeze a little whimper from your lips as your head plops back against her soft chest. It feels as if your body had become lighter in her arms, as the weight from your back-breaking tasks throughout the day had dropped from your shoulders.

“But you came back to me on your own, So sweet…” she whispers with her lips puckered, speaking in a praising tone as she resumes stroking your head with her thumb.

Though still baffled at the revelation that the kangaroo had been alive this whole time, It almost didn't matter with the benevolent inflatable still swaddling you in her arms. Words can’t describe how you felt at this moment, you couldn’t remember the last time you had been held, but it felt as if this kangaroo was the first to ever do so. Once again you find yourself slowly closing your eyes, nearly falling asleep in the comfort before a small but chilly breeze jolts you awake. Living balloon or not, you didn't want to be found sleeping on an inflatable kangaroo by your colleagues. You lift your head from her chest, letting her know that you have to get back to your trailer to sleep since you still have another long day of work ahead of you.

But as you attempt to climb out of her arms, she pulls you back against her body. (Swift soft squeaking noises)

“Oh noooo…” she purrs to you, once again holding you tight in her arms, preventing you from getting back up. “You don't have to go back to that uncomfortable hammock, stay with me…” (she says this in a sweet, pleading voice)

Cupping you in her right hand, she hoists you up like before, shivering as you’re released from the warmth of her hug. You then watch as her thumb slips into what appears to be a small horizontal slit just beneath her chest. The kangaroo slowly pulls it open as her latex skin stretches out with a long drawn-out creeeeak, revealing a deep… dark… snug pouch beneath her puffy belly.

Your eyes snap wide open as you see rows of large inflated cushions groaning and squeezing against each other, lining both halves of the pouch like an oversized sleeping bag.

“Here, you'll be nice and warm in my pouch, where it’s soft and cushy. Much better than what you had in that trailer”.

The dark depths of its soft puckering latex rippled and creaked beneath you, the surface gleaming and shining in the dim lights as if the latex had been oiled up. Although regardless of how soft it looked, the way the rubber puckered and squrked, bulging and squishing with deep reverberating groans from its stretching cushions, made it look alarmingly tight. You couldn't even see past the first row of cushions considering how tightly they pressed against one another. The way it rippled and wobbled with her soft belly, making little soft squelches and deep squrks, the pouch looked more like a big pair of puckered lips ready to slurp you up like a snack.

You instinctively curl your legs up, your knees pressing up against her fingers as she slowly lowers you in. “Wait!” You plead with her, as you begin to explain that you sleep perfectly fine in your hammock. “Oh… don’t be fussy.” she teases, clicking her rubber tongue as she pulls the pouch open even wider in her other hand. “You didn't look comfortable in that hammock, and you looked so at ease when you were resting on my belly earlier, I think you'll sleep much better tucked in my pouch don't you think?” The kangaroo said in an insistent tone, seemingly disregarding your protests. It was clear at this point that she wasn't going to take no for an answer, speaking to you as if you were a stubborn child rather than a grown adult.

Your feet brush against the rubber as you try to find some footing, only to feel your soles slip and slide along the smooth surface, finding that the inner lining of the pouch had little to no friction. If you allowed the kangaroo to put you in her pouch, it would swallow you into its slippery depths. And judging by her treatment of you, your need for oxygen didn't seem to be her first priority.

Your heart beats like a jackhammer as you feel her fingers loosen around your waist, preparing to drop you into her soft canopy of rubber cushions. Panic overtakes you as her fingers unravel from your body. But before you drop, you reach toward the kangaroo in one last ditch effort to prevent your descent, grasping your hands onto the ample curve of her bust. The kangaroo let out a squeaky gasp… or perhaps it was a high-pitched moan, you couldn't really tell as the rubber squeaked under your fingers. In her bewilderment, she releases her hand from her pouch right as you lose your grip on her smooth bust. (the sound of a large balloon boinging and wobbling) the lip of her pouch snaps shut beneath you as you slide down her belly and onto the soft grass. And without wasting another moment, you take off as fast as you can, apologizing profusely as you make your way back to the trailers, leaving your slippers behind.

“W-Wait!” she shouts, calling out to you with a hint of desperation in her voice as you hear her body bounce and squeak, hopping after you without hesitation. Your heart beats faster as you double your pace, hoping to lose her in the sea of tents and stands set up across the field. It doesn't take long for her to lose sight of you, her large inflated body proving too cumbersome and clumsy to chase after you in such a crowded environment. Puffing out her cheeks with a pouty expression, she puckers her lips and begins to expel a wad of pink rubber from her mouth. The rubber quickly expands like bubblegum, quickly forming into a heart-shaped balloon. Once it's about a foot in diameter, she seals off the balloon from her lips as it wobbles in the air like a bubble, its surface as seamless and shiny as her own body, but with a much more delicate appearance. The balloon then floats off into the sea of tents, moving as if pulled by an invisible string with surprising grace.

You try your best to slow your breathing as you hide behind a cotton candy stand, covering your mouth with your hand as you listen for any nearby squeaks. Once you are sure you had lost her, hearing nothing but the grass squishing beneath your feet, you poke your head out from your hiding spot, the kangaroo thankfully nowhere in sight. You contemplate if you should make a break for it and run for the trailer, when you see something shiny out of the corner of your eye. Your heart jumps as you turn around, but it’s just a bright pink heart-shaped balloon about 16 inches in diameter, floating by the stand you were just hiding behind. You simply let out a side of relief that it wasn't the balloon you were just running from. But as the balloon draws your attention, you notice just how squishy it looks, wobbling in the air like a delicate bubble as it begins to float toward you. You back away and step to the side, not wanting to risk bumping into it and making any noise, but the balloon seems to change its course, still floating in your direction as if guided by a gentle breeze, despite the absence of any. Growing a bit wary, you continue to walk away, and the balloon begins to increase its speed, inching closer and closer and closer… until it suddenly begins to inflate ( sound of hissing air and stretching rubber) You gasp as the balloon quadruples in size growing to a towering six feet until it's looming over you. Without wasting another moment, you quickly turn and run as fast as you can, the balloon following suit as it drifts after you.

Running straight for the tents, you dodge and weave around the half set-up circus stands and tents, turning your head back for a brief moment only to see the balloon now close behind. Even as it Bobs and wobbles in the air, the balloon effortlessly keeps pace with you as if tied to you by an invisible string, quickly closing the distance as it draws near. Your heart beats faster as you hear the rippling surface of the balloon growing closer, running as fast as you can with your bare feet spalling against the grass. But just as the trailers come into view you feel the rubber brush against your back, sending a shiver down your spine as the balloon squishes over your shoulders. You stumble as the balloon begins to push into you, its inflatable surface squeaking as it begins to fold around you, feeling as if you're sinking into its grasp as the pink rubber creeps into your peripheral vision.

It feels as if the giant balloon is trying to swallow you whole, as you’re slowly enveloped in its rubbery softness. (The sound of rubber gently being pushed and squeezed)

Without warning, the balloon suddenly gives you a squeeze, wrapping its inflatable rubber around you as if giving you a tight hug. (the sounds of a large balloon suddenly squeezing, low and echoey to emphasize size) Your retreat slows to a stop as the balloon lifts you an inch off of the ground, still kicking your feet in a fruitless attempt to run until your feet are no longer touching the grass. Your eyes widen in panic as you try to wiggle your way free from the rubber folding around you, but the balloon simply bounces and wobbles in the air as you struggle. (The sound of consistent pushing against a balloon) You can barely even move your arms, which the balloon had pinned to your sides to prevent you from pushing your way out. Then, as you feel the rubber fold underneath the soles of your feet, scooping you further into its embrace, you get ready to scream to alert your bunk mates before… ( the sound of low creaking rubber until muffled, accompanied by the sound of a muffled moan) the balloon folds over you, both halves of its heart-shaped form closing around you like a Venus flytrap.

Before you know it you're tightly cocooned within the balloon, the world now lost behind a barrier of pink latex which quickly molds to your wiggling form. The sound of squeaking rubber assaults your ears as the balloon presses you tighter and tighter, increasing it’s pressure around you as if to compact to you. You moan into the rubber squishing around your face, still trying to call out to your bunkmates to save you from the balloon that seems keen on squishing you with affection. But alas, your pleas can't even be heard beyond the barrier of pink latex, the balloon itself barely making a sound as it squeaks softly in the silent field of tents and trailers.

Even as you begin to whimper, it continues to squeeeeeeeeeze…

Tighter… Tighter..! Tighter until… (The reverberating sound of a balloon vibrating like a drum)

The squeezing abruptly stops, your heart beating in your ears as you find yourself lying on your side and gasping for breath. Even though the squeezing hadn't lasted long, it certainly took your breath away. But once you regain your composure, you realize that you're not Mortlaying on the grass, but a flexible barrier of pink rubber carrying you just inches above the ground. Pressing your hands against the elastic surface, hearing the soft squeak reverberate around you quickly realize that you’re encased within the heart-shaped rubber bubble. Alarming you further, as you feel the cool latex brush against your body, is the sight of your torn-up pajamas splayed on the grass, lying just inches from where the balloon held you. Your face turned bright red as you closed your legs and hold your arms over your chest, now increasingly self-conscious of you’re rather bizarre Disposition. It’s as if the balloon had chewed up your clothes and spat them out before swallowing you.

As your legs shift beneath you and your hands slip against the pink barrier, every single movement you make results in the softest of squeaks, serving as a reminder of how small your world had become. Your breath quickens as you push your hands against the stretchy latex, sinking your fingers into the semi-transparent membrane as you desperately try to pop your pink prison. But the balloon only stretches out a few inches, gently wobbling the air as it holds you nice and snug; barely making a squeak as your desperate groans are muffled by the soundproof rubber.
