I've been moving my personal server (with gevanni.com website as well as services used by my other game projects) to a new location with updated hardware. Actually with a lower monthly rent cost.

And to test its' performance I'd like to invite you all to Star Defenders 2D server that is now at US - Dallas:
www.gevanni.com:3000 - Star Defenders 2D server

Previous server been noticeably lagging with just 4 players online.

I'd like to hear your feedback on it now.

Update: It seems it does run much better now. Seen about 5-6 players without server-side issues.

Is this server gonna stay around?

Felt input lag-ish at the start, turned out to be the game just acting up. i went exploring with a random guy that joined, was quite fun trying to figur stuff out together, after exploring we found working bases all abandond. Was a funny adventure. Server seems okay. Although EU servers might be a better choice for most?

Hard to tell - majority of players of my games seem to be from US. Although at the same time I can easily afford EU server somewhat soon too. SD2D just isn't my priority project for now.
