yeah we knew that gowther was one of the ten commandment. in the last episode of season 2 he admitted to being gowther, the goat sin of seven deadly sins and 10 sec later, he admit he is gowther, the selflessness of the 10 commandments

I know I’ve commented before that the flashbacks for Ban were my favorites- but this one (essentially an extended flashback) is really great- yes, we knew that Gowther was a commandment, Fraudrin (in Dreyfus’s body) told Denzel and his group, and they had locked Gowther up (they showed him being freed in one of the last episodes last season). Maybe it’s not too obvious, but before Meliodas killed Fraudrin and he was conflicted with feelings for Griamore, he was flashing in his mind to a past conversation concerning why Meliodas betrayed the demons- and the person he was talking with was Gowther, saying something like he was putting everything on the line for someone he loves- and in that past conversation, Fraudrin said he couldn’t understand it, but in the current time, he said he finally gets it.

In the present, I think Gerheade does have wings (maybe if they weren’t completely taken off, they’re able to eventually heal), but she doesn’t have legs- also, weirdly, King and Elaine can fly even though they still haven’t sprouted wings- maybe it’s just easier to fly with wings, but still possible without?

One more interesting note, Gloxinia’s explanation about how King and Diane’s trial worked also explains the trial Meliodas went through last season to get his power back- in Meliodas’s case, he was sent back into his own past body and relived his experiences in Danafall leading up to when he destroyed it- he relived it over and over in a loop until he was able to make a different choice and stop himself from being overtaken by rage and destroying Danafall (Zaneri the Druid Priestess recited the same or a very similar spell to the one Gloxinia did that sent King and Diane to the past)
