I love this film so much! It’s my favorite scary movie considering it’s not even that gross or gory. It doesn’t make me sick to my stomach or anything to see Gore but I’m just not a fan of movies that are over the top with the nasty stuff lol. If you didn’t notice this movie, barely had one drop of blood in it. It’s all about the feeling and suspense that this movie gives you. It’s all about the thrill of the ride! I hope you all enjoyed this film. I’m going to watch it with you tonight! 🎃

We loved it! Definitely built the suspense throughout the whole movie and the story took a few twists and turns we didn't expect! We loved that there was some intense moments but agree with you that it almost wasn't about those parts more just about where he was and when he would strike next! Love Michael Myers and can't wait to watch the second film to see where it goes and learn more about him... Would you recommend the second one??

So the second one is actually my absolute favorite of the series. The third one actually has nothing to do with Michael Myers, as John Carpenter was trying to create an anthology series with different characters. People hated the third one so much they decided to bring Michael Myers back for number four. But number four is where things get a little bit different. There are multiple timelines and universes for Michael Myers if that makes sense. For instance the 2018 Halloween that came out recently basically picks up after the first movie and ignores all of the movies in between. There’s three or four different timelines in the Halloween movies. I would probably recommend watching the second one and then maybe doing the most recent Blumhouse trilogy which would be Halloween (2018), Halloween Kills, and then finally Halloween Ends. And then if you want to go back and revisit 4, 5, 6, Halloween H20, and Halloween Ressurection later on I think that would be a good idea. You could always do all of those that I just listed in future Halloweens! We are hoping you guys will be around for a few years anyway! I’ll drop a picture in the chat to show you guys all of the different timelines! 🎃

Gosh that sounds confusing 😂 will check out the timelines you're sending! It seems strange to not have Michael in the series since the whole concept so far has revolved around him but we will have to see what we think of the others! Good to hear some of the newer ones are still worth watching and the whole franchise didn't go down the drain! Yes we may need to binge some of them next year to really get through it and piece it all together!

Such a classic! Hopefully Psycho and Nightmare on Elm Street are on the list (unless you've already seen them, of course!)

Yeah Halloween 2 (1981) is very good in my opinion. Then honestly, I would just watch the latest trilogy that started in 2018 after that. I’m about to go post a picture in the chat right now of all of the timelines!

It was so good and I can see why it is still such a classic! Very glad we watched it on our first Halloween month! We haven't watched those two this year I'm afraid, we maxed out on scary movies but we are very keen to do a bunch of these classics next year!😊
