Happy Sunday, Camilla. Thank you for answering my aspect ratio question. 1. Denis Villeneuve is pronounced [dəni vilnœv]. 2. Spy Game (2001) is my favorite Robert Redford movie. 3. I plan on watching Weapons (2025) with my girlfriend. She wants to see it. 4. I agree, the aspect ratio of a movie should be more dependent upon the type of story being told. IMO, since the rise of HDTVs, there has been a strong interest in the 2.40:1 aspect ratio due to it being perceived as more "cinematic," followed by a sudden desire to differentiate movies from TV. To me, "cinematic" is subjective to the story. I love the 2.40 ratio compositionally, but I also love other aspect ratios, like 1.85:1 & 2.00:1, as well. 5. I'm looking forward to your reaction to The Shining (1980). #TheShiningForCamillaAlmond

Thanks for answering my question. Your bonus videos are always very fun, as well as the spinning wheel 🎉

Arrival is a good one. Denis Villeneuve really has no misses in my opinion. You should definitely watch Weapons. It's my favourite horror movie so far this year.

You could devote an entire channel just to movies from the '70's.

I'm excited to watch both! I'm almost positive I'll stick Weapons in somewhere throughout October!
