Wow! Blazing Saddles! You are in for a treat!

I love Guardians of the Galaxy, and I watched the first two Tobey McGuire Spider-Man movies before I grew weary of the glut of superhero movies. They’re okay. The Godfather 2 is outstanding and Insomnia is very good. I think you’ll really enjoy The Fugitive. Thank you to the person who requested Run Lola Run. It would never have come up in any other way. It’s been almost 40 years since I’ve seen it, but I remember loving it. This is going to be fun. Edit: I completely misremembered where and when I saw Run Lola Run. I thought I saw it in 1987. It didn’t come out until 1998, so that’s not possible. I do remember the movie though. Didn’t mess that up.

Excited & Shocked! Excited for you to see Blazing Saddles. My only minor concern is that this is a 1974 movie with some era-specific references (kinda like Airplane!).

I’m here for Nosferatu. I’m assuming you mean the 2024 version, but you could also check out the silent 1922 original by Murnau. It’s a pioneer in horror and special effects.

Thank you for the added YT link. The chrome Patreon player was wonky for me.

VERY glad you’re doing some OG Marvel (non-MCU). The OG Marvel movies will enhance your experience with the MCU. Especially as you move into Phase 4. I’m sure there are any number of followers who can help you navigate OG Marvel + MCU movies and their order (while avoiding spoilers).

Yes! I will second the excitement for Tobey Maguire's Spider-man! I think it's probably the best on-screen adaptation of his origin story which will be good to know before jumping in to the more recent Tom Holland entries.

Blind Entertainment

Excited for the Rami Spider-Man movies! They are pretty much what led to the creation of the MCU! Thanks for suggestions on what to check out in Georgia, if I ever go. Also happy birthday to Peanut!

James O'connor

indeed and probably the better movie period.
