I'm an asexual aromantic, and I prefer stories with main characters that I can relate to. As such, I prefer it when the main character avoids romantic/sexual relationships, but I understand that I'm in the minority on this.

I love the idea of its always the quiet ones, however I am also a trashy harem fan. But honestly Hardcastle being the romantic partner with Heather staying as a good friend is the most likely and probably the best

Most of your other stories have the MC dating a warrior or at least someone with a different 'class' so to speak, so I think it would be really cool to have the partner be someone who's just as interested in magic/SCIENCE! as the MC is Therefore I vote 2 or 4

I think a combination of the last 3 would be for the best. Nobody has to lose, hardcase gets to come out of her shell more, and we still have a nice fun super story

If we're going for option 4, i think it'd be hilarious if the whole thing is accidental. Have everyone confused as to how it ended up that way, especially hardcase. Edit: It should be Perry's mom's fault. Somehow, someway, Hexen has a magical oopsie and now her son has one-and-a-half girlfriends. Maybe a love charm misfire?

I mean, I get this is what I signed up for being a patron, and romance might not be a big deal but lowkey feeling like we shouldnt be voting on this lol. Like if heather massively changes character to be into perry or if hardcase ends up bein a total fiend it might seem a bit much.

True, but in fairness this is the time to decide which one or both or neither is going to end up with whom. It seems so far that Perry and Heather are good enough friends for it to go that way if they wanted to, whereas Hardcase is becoming more of an interest and component of his life. I do hope that it doesn't immediately happen, neither girl is really in the proper place to do that, but it needs to start now so the appropriate build up can happen.

Just a thought to build on soaring pickle’s idea of a misfiring spell by have the spell by Perry but with Brendan being the target and Hardcase and Heather finding Brendan irresistible but not understanding why. Brendan of course is completely unable to notice any clues and is oblivious. As Perry tries to fix this with his mom’s help, it allows Hardcase, Perry and Heather time to develop their feelings for each other in comedic situations. What do you think?

Well written harem stories with realistic people are great but are being swamped by 13 year old wish fulfillment stories churned out by some sad formula machine.
