This episode was SO satisfying in a LOT of ways...but what else could we expect from Cherry Magic at this point?!

Tbh I think Minato is my favourite character in this story and I need to say I kinda get why he behaved the way he did in that moment, maybe I just relate to him a little bit. I know he was also in a wrong for not answering Tsuge and literally dissapering without a word but I feel like I would behave similarily to him. I have a problem with properly explaining what I would like since english is not my first language but being 7-8 years younger and hearing from Tsuge his badly spelled "confession" I think it was understandable that Minato didn't know what he should think about it and how he should behave towards Tsuge and since they werent in an actual relationship and Minato's new job literally took most of his time, so Minato just didn't have enough time and energy to properly think through his feelings towards Tsuge and towards this whole situations which lead to him ghosting him. Especially since Minato seems to be a little cautious when is comes to the relationships with other people, just as you mentioned it in the reaction. I really feel empathetic toward Minato becuase I also tend to being to cautious when I do not feel safe enough in the situation / relationship. Especially since Minatos is younger and its understandable for me that he is not feeling so sure in all of it. I love how extra and how dramatic Kurosawa can be sometimes. He literally just got a letter from his boyfriend and he instantly just took a flight to Nagasaki to see him. Such a boyfriend material. All of us deserve a Kurosawa in their lives. I feel so exited for you reading the manga!

I think here Minato’s youth shows like he’s 22-23 so I imagine there’s a lot of things to consider we also don’t know everything about him.

Loved the reaction and discussion! Cannot believe we’re almost done! 😭 Kurosawa holding the letter to his chest so sweetly was the cutest. 🥰 “It’s framed and there’s a shrine around it” – definitely! 🤣 But also loved that it is a 10-day trip and they couldn’t even manage that. 😆 Also agree that it was so good to see Tsuge not attempt to deny things just to feed the angst – again this series just subverts expectations at nearly every turn. Looking forward to next week and the extras! 🍒

Thank you so much for the comment and kind words - I can’t believe we’re at the end of the anime already but I'm so glad to get into the manga! And as for the extras, they are SO fun! Kurosawa holding that letter to his chest sold me on his love for Adachi so much! It’s such a precious moment! And for them to be 10 days apart and getting to this level?! Hoo boy, they are so in love! I also love that Tsuge is not attempting to deny his feelings and that like Adachi, he’s taking his time to see what he wants to do moving forward - yes, subverting expectations and we love to see it! This episode was so good….now for the season finale!

I really like Minatao so far and I am so excited to get into his character more in the manga! I’ll have more to talk about with this character in Episode 12! 😀So hopefully that explains my opinions more there! 😀 Kurosawa is such a ham sometimes, but I love him! He’s such a romantic and so emotional! We all deserve someone that loves us as intensely as Kurosawa!
