Well, this episode was less heartbreaking than I was expecting; not that I'm complaining. I appreciate how worried Maho is over Okabe, not that he is listening very well to everything. Okabe had every right to be so on edge around Moeka, and I appreciate that the show gives him that; that even thought Suzuha and Daru don't quite get it, they both are ready to believe him. I find it so interesting how this show has conditoned us to expect Mayurii's death after so many times that we saw it happened; and I can't stop thinking of how it must be 10x worse for Okabe who had to lieve it all.

I dont know if this was revealed already so the mods can help me out here but I think in episode 2 when we met Maho she said she was trying to gain access Kurisu's laptop but didnt know the password. I'm a bit fuzzy with those details so I cant remember if this came up later or not.

It's kind of interesting having Kagari and Moeka both be introduced this episode because they seem like two sides of the same coin. In Steins Gate we had no idea how to feel about Moeka then we learned more and realized she was down on her luck which led her to be easily manipulated now Moeka is doing well for herself and Kagari seems to be someone in my opinion who feels like the character who could be easily manipulated and used because she has no memories and we dont know how to feel about her. We dont even know why she has no memories how long it's been who she's been in contact with so it's going to be interesting to see where this leads to. I think even with her memories she could be easily fooled because anything for Mayuri. You know Okarin might be the main character but this entire world seems to revolve around Mayuri which I dont mind because she's the best.

I appreciate as well that Maho is looking out for Okarin! – And yeah, you can’t blame him for being on edge around Moeka, especially given we haven’t had the events of Episode 24 in this timeline.
