Girl you were not the only one feeling the tension between Ryu and Yuta. This episode was just Ryu and Yuta flirting lovingly while my poor girl Uro was thirdwheeling the while time😭 Also watching Yuta being his sweet self was the best thing ever. Him helping the civilians, him regarding Gojo's feelings about Kenjaku and taking direct action based on that, him thinking of others' condition and taking everything upon himself like Gojo does.. It's really telling that the one character whose character theme is "love" is the only person who regards Gojo's feelings towards Geto and their relationship, isn't it. Sweet Yuta is the child of SatoSugu divorce. Despite how focused and determined he is when it comes to other people and what lengths he can go for them, that sweetness and selflessness are also makes Yuta indulge other people and their desires and throw off his plans and determined course, a small but great paradox. It is a great distinction from Gojo that despite him currently occupying and fulfilling Gojo's role as "the strongest", as we have seen in his conversation with Uro, he simply lives for other people and his own "ego" as a sorcerer is at the very bottom of the hierarchy for him. He functions as an anti-thesis to the ideas of "loneliness of the strongest" and strength being derived by ego presented by characters like Sukuna, Kenjaku, and Gojo. Another thing to point out is that while Yuta and Gojo being the Sugawara men that they are, both taunt their opponents while fighting, Yuta's taunting comes from a place of geniune concern lmao. Talking of Sugawara, the painting right behind Yuta while Yuta was talking with Uro in the museum was an actual painting of Sugawara-no-Michizane, Gojo and Yuta's ancestor, which was revealed to us in JJK0 as Gojo did a background check on Yuta to understand why he had so much power and cursed energy. Yet Uro in this episode inferred that Yuta was of Fujiwara bloodline, the rival clan of Sugawara that ruled Japan during the Heian era despite not being the imperial bloodline thanks to their extreme political power. A very popular non-spoilery theory within the fandom is that both those reveals can be true, and that Yuta is a love child between two enemy clans as sort of a miracle, incredibly fitting for the one character whose theme is "love". Finally, I also love that despite being super determined to get points for the sake of others, even after transferring points from Ryu and Uro, he didn't kill them to get additional 10 points, which he could create 2 new rules with those. He really is a super sweet boy.

Volume 20 ends exactly where this season ends so it's awesome

Funny enough based off season 2 Kenjuka doesnt think very much of Yuta, he probably thinks that Yuta is not on the level with Gojo , Sukuna and himself.

Just alittle about the ep. Yuta did get points for killing the roach curse spirit right before Uro showed up. That being said roach cursed spirit was killed but before that he cloned himself making a cursed roach spirit that isn't a player therefore when he dies no points. Next when jjk 0 came out Domain Expansion didn't exist yet this started has a one shot for Gege so no we haven't seen Yuta's D.E. Just a reminder reverse curse technique is just the process of turning curse energy into positive energy which has healing properties and is extremely dangerous to curse spirits ie cursed roach spirit also every sorcerer has the potential to use reverse curse technique but it's usually reserve for the top tiers. What isnt accessible for most is to use RCT on other people only 3 we know about Shoko Ieiri, Sukuna and Yuta. Reverse Curse Technique by its nature Angel shouldn't be able to effect it....maybe lol Ok I said alittle Im a liar 😆😆 Rika Orimoto has passed on and is free thank goodness😆😆 the Rika today is like a Shikigami similar to megumis shadow shikigami. Rika now is a sentient storage of Yuta's tools and cursed energy also helping with fighting. Yuta's cursed energy is suppose to be pink but it wasnt obviously it's in this episode. Some people thought it was purple 😆😆. Also he may not be apart of the clan that Uro hates at all good luck of convincing her that, Yuta knew there was no use lol. More about Yuta's power copy before he had to use a tool from Rika to use Toge Inumaki cursed speech but now he can use it himself 🤔🤔wonder how that happened. Well form what we saw in this ep. it wasnt by kissing but by eating.....Inumaki was missing a arm....dark. makes you think though Yuta probably has an arsenal of techniques if that also applies to curse spirits that Rika consumes then he is very similar to Geto and his curse spirit manipulation which would be crazy. It also maybe shows that he took it easy on those two especially if you need it there points. Ok ok Im done sorry for the eassy I solely became a patron for this video i might as well go off (not that I don't enjoy all the antics and insight on your channel to begin with😁😁) also pardon me for saying your not super horny but your not not super horny in this video😆😆

Ahhh, that's an interesting notion! Thank you for the comments and pointing that out!

Your Choso cosplay is absolutely amazing but I did laugh so hard at you saying the wig was giving Mrs Lovett vibes 🤣 Oh my god, that's truly shocking how fitting a crack ship Naoya and Remi would be 😲 I can so see the vision. Okkotsu's Kogane having a heart-shaped tail when he's also the only character to have had TWO onscreen kisses does make me giggle 😂 Even Kogane is showing Okkotsu as a harem-king! As much as I'm with you on feeling the pain of splitting this season into cours that means we have to wait for the second half, I am thankful if it means we get this kind of quality animation from all of Okkotsu's fights. Like you said, it's cinematic. His fights are deserving of being given extra time to ensure high quality. I will admit that I was laughing a little over how yucked out you were by everything Kurourushi 😂 It also made me highly anticipatory of how you'd react to The Kiss. Your shock over Okkotsu's battle tactic was just like mine 🤣 I am not one for quiffs (and I stand by my comment in the discord that hair down Ishigori is a yes, but not hair up), however I do appreciate the quiff actually having purpose to form his canon blast. Also the minute I heard his voice for the first time I went to the discord to ask if Nicolas was aware of this character and who his seiyuu is 🤣 He's voiced by Touchi Hiroki who is also Kataoka from Daiya's voice actor as well as Psycho Pass's Sugou 🤭 Also have to laugh because when we got a glimpse of him last week I said to BeHappy that he gave me Bleach vibes with how he's dressed, specifically making me think of Ginjou, only for his seiyuu to be the same. Your shock at Okkotsu using Inumaki's Cursed Speech was just like mine. I immediately had to pause to scream "What the heck??" Honestly a fantastic way to introduce Okkotsu's Copy technique. But it has left me with questions on what exactly are the requirements for Okkotsu to copy a person's technique. Ishigori guessed Okkotsu copied Uro's when Rika swallowed her arm. If that's the requirement then it made me question if Okkotsu had Rika swallow Inumaki's missing arm after what happened to him in Shibuya, or swallowed something of his at least...then I had to stop my thoughts before they went too deep into the kinky polyamorous territory 😆 Uro making Rika hit Okkotsu? Yeah that moment my brain immediately went "Oh you effed up Sky Girly..." I got distracted by that moment of the three of them looking like it was straight out of the manga too that I was also caught off guard by the sudden triple Domain Expansion. And then when they gave us the shots I paused and theorised which Domain I thought belonged to which person in the Discord. All the manga readers were giggling at me, obviously in anticipation of my discovery that (at least at this point) we don't get an answer to which Domain belongs to whom. But yeah, my guesses for the Domains: White ribbon (which is giving me Ruoye vibes, and reminding me of historical dramas where it's used as a means for committing suicide) is Uro's Domain; Ishigori's is the bright colours that look like fireworks going off/explosions; Blue flames that look like ghost fires (and the white ribbons look almost like mourning decorations) is Okkotsu's Domain Kurourushi being a cockroach Cursed Spirit definitely made me more wary about Okkotsu killing it with the reversed cursed energy/The Kiss. But with Kogane awarding Okkotsu the five points I did honestly think that it had worked. But with it coming back like this, and then there being no further notification of Kurourushi's death, I am concerned that it is going to continue to be a Problem for our Care Bears gang. Interesting that you thought of Kugisaki with her comment to Itadori about "seats". That moment between Ishigori and Okkotsu with all the desserts in the background made me think of Todo teaching Itadori how to hit a Black Flash when they were fighting Hanami in Season 1. While the fist fight at the end with Ishigori talking about there being more after wringing out everything made me flashback to that Mahito versus Nanami and Itadori fight that led to Mahito being able to use his Domain for the first time. Definitely made me much more worried for Okkotsu. The traditional music melding into the much more modern music that is the Opening was such a perfect choice after Ishigori's enthusiasm for the fight and going all out melts Okkotsu's heart 🥺 It fit this moment of Ishigori and Okkotsu's fight; ancient sorcerer versus modern sorcerer. All those flashes to all the other people felt like the biggest tease ever. But the biggest tease was to give us that first shot of Sukuna, and then give us that other shot of Sukuna, but no Suwabe!!! I call foul Mappa! Twelve episodes and all I got of him was a single "Tsk." 😢 But yes I also was like you shouting at my screen over the Itadori and Takaba moment. I swear if we don't go back and get to actually see their first meeting I'm gonna throw hands! They're truly being cruel to us anime-onlies with those last few seconds. In my mind Gojo was a main character until he got his heart broken and decided to become a mentor to the main characters 🥲 But yes, like you I love that Akutami has made this not a single protagonist's story. The role of main character is most definitely shared between Itadori, Fushiguro, and Okkotsu. I could even see arguments for Maki also joining them in the main character squad, but personally feel she hasn't had quite the same focus as the other three to be quite in the Main Character category just yet. The rule about communication that they want to set-up though is more based on being able to communicate with other colonies. Kogane informing Hazenoki about Reggie's death was simply communication within that Tokyo Colony. Given that Kogane was able to gather up the information of all the players in all the colonies for Kashimo's rule shows that Kogane knows what's going on in all the colonies, suggesting that it at least has some way of communicating between all the versions there are. It would definitely allow them to save 100 points if they need another rule in the future if they could find out why Hazenoki's Kogane informed him of Reggie's death, and use that to try and communicate with each other within the barriers. In regards to timeline-wise, your querying it made me go back and check. In 3x11 when we first go to the Sendai Colony it's shown to be 11:28 on the 12th of November, while in 3x07 for Fushiguro and Itadori entering Tokyo Colony No. 1 it shows that it is 12:00 on the 12th of November. We're not given any timestamps for how long Okkotsu's fights last, nor how long it takes for Itadori's fights as well as travelling to Higuruma and fighting him/convincing him to help. But given the notification that went to all the Players each time a rule was added (we saw it happen with Fushiguro et al for Higuruma's rule, but more importantly we saw it with Kashimo's rule when our gang wasn't in the colonies and was how we discovered Itadori was already considered a Player), the Players in the Sendai Colony would have also been notified for Higuruma's new rule about transferring points. We aren't shown when the Sendai Colony learn about Rule 10, but have to assume that it happens at some point before Okkotsu defeats Uro and Ishigori, or else he wouldn't be able to have them transfer their points to him, but it happens after he kills Dhruv because the time of that moment is before Itadori and Fushiguro enter Tokyo Colony No. 1. I can definitely see how all the food/eating allegory could relate to something shippable between Okkotsu and Ishigori. On that note with my shipper goggles on, Ishigori saying he was left unsatisfied in his first life even though he had a wife did make me wonder if the time period he was originally from was a time when anything other than heterosexuality was frowned upon, and that may have contributed to his lack of satisfaction. Also for all the hair innuendoes...nothing says it more to me than that "I'm full" moment when his hair is down, i.e. the "quiff" is "flaccid" 🤭 That tea party between Tsukumo, Tengen and Choso looks like the most awkward gathering ever 😆 Yeah for the Opening with 3x01 I got a glimpse of something and went "Yeah, no this feels spoilery" so I played it through (so as to hear the song) but looked away so as to not give attention to any of the images. I did glimpse Takaba, and at that point I just shut my eyes to listen to the music so as I could stay blind. Anyone that said that Opening was safe to watch before this final episode is crazy. Like yes I watched it after 3x12 so I had context for it all, but even without said context there's a lot you could have easily been able to work out, for example Takaba's personality or even Itadori's birth, etc. The moment of Kenjaku watching Tengen on all the monitors gave me such The Matrix vibes with the scene of Neo meeting The Architect. Definitely agree though that Fushiguro's only reason for being in that gym with Takaba is because of Itadori, and the things he'll do for love 🥰

romaniablack

Yesssssss, I am SO EXCITED! That will work out perfectly! *wrings hands together maniacally* Thank you for that confirmation!

romaniablack

SERIOUSLY! Yuta is literally out here to gather a harem of LOVE! Yuta is so sweet and yessss, Yuta considering Gojo loving Geto - it’s canon if Yuta says it’s canon! I forget that in Volume 0, he was the child of the two of them, and then had to deal with Gojo going off and getting Megumi and Geto going off and getting the twins - and yet, he doesn’t complain! That’s a great notion about his ego and how he subverts that; I hadn’t thought of it that way! And ahhh, seeing the painting of Yuta’s ancestor behind him is WILD! Uro in this episode getting it slightly messed up is interesting! And ahhhh, it seems so fitting that Yuta is the combination of two warring clans. And yesssss he didn’t kill them to get 10 extra points - Yuta is a sweetheart, and I love him so much for it! Thank you for the comment!

romaniablack

Thank you so much!! I love that Choso wig so much, and I take being Mrs. Lovett an…aesthetic compliment! 😛 And YES, the Naoya x Remi ship is SUCH a vision, in the worst way! Okkotsu is a HAREM. KING. Seriously! Yes, the wait is cursed, but if the second half is as good as this one? I’m so down for it! Oh, Kurourushi? NOPE. That kiss?! INSANITY. I mean, totally fitting! But still….ew. QUIFF - Interesting that’s what it’s called; Ishigori was such a fun time in this! And Kataoka’s VA – OH HECK YES! Okkotsu having “Copy” as a technique is so broken and wild! AHAHAHAHAHA…LOOK, HOW he got that technique. Ahem. Hem. He. The manga to anime moments with the domain expansions were SO GOOD. I like your connections with the domains, but man, the dark implications with Ruoyeeeee….and I am super concerned about Kurourushi still being around. Nope nope nope. That’s a cool point about Todo’s connection too – but yeah, I was worried about Okkotsu this whole time. And to see the flashes of everyone else? No suwabe? Twelve episodes were a TEASE. They are really giving it to us anime onlies! Gege is a great writer for ensemble casts, in my opinion - I love we’re not just following Yuuji around the whole time. That makes sense about the communication with the rules as well. I can also see it getting chaotic, FAST! Hashimo just out here calling everyone to try and get a fight started, like those Pokemon trainers that call you to fight after you’ve beaten them once. 😛 THANK YOU FOR CHECKING THE TIMELINE! Oohhhh, I was thinking that too that Ishigori MAY have not been satisfied with his wife and ahem, was into other types of….meals. And the hair innuendos is just crazy! I NEED to know what they’re talking about with Tengen, Choso, and Tsukumo – let them all be silent the whole time! 😛 I’m glad you avoided spoilers with the OP! And yeah, trolls for those saying it was safe! And yesss, the Architect - I could see those vibes as well, which would fit Kenjaku to a “T!” Thank you so much for the comment - and now our watch begins until the second cour! I can’t wait!!
