Since we're on Japanese dub on this episode, here's a fun fact: there are three stages of voice acting for Little Johnny, when he was Age 5, Age 9, and Age 26. In the Chinese version, the female VA has dubbed for Age 5 and Age 9, and then the male VA dubbed for Age 26. However, in the Japanese version, the female VA has dubbed for Age 5, and then the male VA dubbed for Age 9 and Age 26. The line from the Fear advocator in EP8, "...it was caused by the whirlpool of conflict between Heroes!" should be translated as "...it was caused by (the struggle) between Hero Whirlpool and (Hero) Conflict!" Even though this is another mistranslation from EP8, I suppose that the translator didn't have the context at the time of airing, and the translator was confused by "Conflict." The original line in the Chinese version has only added the Hero title next to Whirlpool and then followed by Conflict, not to mention that Hero Whirlpool has been localized as Hero Vortex in the later episodes. Hero Conflict is also localized later, but the actual meaning of the name "Conflict" is slightly different in English, as it is closer to "Split," and the localization team ended up giving "Split" a very different name. I feel like the red power of Vortex might directly apply to an organic subject and work like a vortex grinder externally or internally, judging from the "Disappear!" quote, but Big Johnny doesn't react to the Trust Value power field, so nothing ends up happening to Big Johnny. Little Johnny joined FOMO might have impacted further investigation from MG as well. I don't think Little Johnny knows about Ghostblade's family conditions, yet Ghostblade is giving Little Johnny "Dad Energy" prior, so Little Johnny is just asking off the top of his head for parenting advice in the car. Later he just switched to defend Ghostblade without knowing much about Ghostblade at the campsite.

That’s neat about the dub VA’s and sub VA’s for Little Johnny; thank you for that information! And for all the other information as well - that’s VERY interesting about Conflict - thank you for clarifying! And that makes sense with Big Johnny vs. Vortex! That also totally works for Little Johnny not KNOWING Ghostblade is a dad, but just assuming. Thanks for that and the comment!
