I wouldn't want to distract you from the main subject, that is Linda, but I still need to update you on the new lenses.I took with me the Leica MACRO-ELMAR-R 1:4/100mm on Friday, when my wife and I went to Villa Carlotta on Lake Como. Also this year we didn't manage to guess the right blooming time of the majestic garden, but it is easy to find interesting things within the garden besides azaleas, subjects to put the macro lens through its paces.I'm posting the 3 best photos today but, if you want to see also some flowers, let me know in comments and I will add them as bonus pictures in future posts.

What really matters is that this Leica 100mm works very well, and should give good results also with my nudes. It is not easy to use, that is why I need to practice before using it on a true model, but I start to understand why this was the most expensive of the lot.Of course, having my models in this garden, or inside the villa itself would be a dream, but it is utterly impossible.

Personally not a fan of tanlines but that doesn't detract from your all's work. She's still a good model and a sight to behold.

The new lens looks impressive. I look forward to seeing its results with other subjects.
