Full figure Dovile. (Patreon)

Let's take in a bigger picture of Dovile today, from Saturday, this was shot with the other lens I was talking about yesterday.Back when I started my photography adventures (around 1991), I remember the crown for best portrait lens was contended by 2 brands, Leica with the Summicron-M 90mm, and Contax-Zeiss with the Planar T* 85mm f1.4.At the time I only managed to buy the Leica lens (and had trouble using it properly until the arrival of mirrorless cameras), but finally in 2026 I added also the Zeiss, and I used both on the same shooting for the very first time last Saturday!

Yesterday's portrait was shot with the Leica M10 Monochrom + Summicron-M 90mm.

Today's photo was shot with the Leica SL2-S + Contax-Zeiss Planar T* 85mm f1.4.Same equipment used for the portrait I will post later today on my regular social media feed.

Whilst on DA Subscriptions I will post a photo inside the bathtub shot on the Fujifilm X100VI point and shoot, with a specific Fujifilm tuned flash remote control to activate my old Profoto A1 unit, I suggest you have a look also into that, ask me questions via mail if you need to.

Back to today's photo, I would like to point out Dovile is one of my more senior models, but she is also very talented and pretty fit, due to her recent interest about running.So I want to have another go with her pretty soon, back in a urbex environment, like our first time.
