I just wanted to say how amazed I am at everyone’s talent. I found Anna’s tutorials late last year while I was on hospital following a mental health crisis. I went from someone very broken to someone who loves to paint and create ( something i never did before) Over the 12 weeks I was in hospital Anna’s tutorials and this little comunity gave me so much hope and healing. Art has become something I do everyday and is the only reason I choose to stay on this earth. So thank you Anna and this wonderful community for keeping me inspired

Am I the only one who feels a bit lost while painting layers, but slowly calms down when realises that everything makes sense? Luckily, we have Anna’s tutorials to guide us in creating these lovely little artworks. 🤗

No, you are not!

Does anyone know if there’s a tutorial thats good for learning more about shadows? Especially those ones that show a bump or a cupped area on a floral petal? I understand most of the shadows but those shadows that are building up form have me ripping my hair out! Hope that makes sense, and hope someone can point me to a useful tutorial. I have already learned so much only so so much left to go!

Maybe a little more fine-tuning but almost complete. I wonder if some granulating colours would be good for this . I might repaint in some age wee how it looks
