For seven nights, we'll be tucked away on a beautiful countryside estate in the heart of Cabo de Gata Natural Park — a UNESCO Geopark of dramatic cliffs, wild Mediterranean flora, and remarkable birdlife. Birds AND blooms, all in one place — basically my dream backdrop. 🐦🌸

🎨 What to Expect:

Daily classes and personalized guidance with me

A deep dive into the most important watercolor techniques for creating vibrant scenes featuring birds and flowers

🚐 Two amazing day trips full of learning, sketching, and inspiration: A half-day trip to La Alcazaba of Almería and a full-day adventure into Cabo de Gata Natural Park (with sketching along the way)

Chef-prepared meals, local wine, and relaxed evenings together

A small group of just 16 students, with a closing exhibition to celebrate our week of creating

This retreat welcomes all levels, though you'll get the most out of it if you already have some familiarity with watercolour.
