For those of you who missed it, I've rewritten chapter 14(it's about 2k words longer), and the J&R dynamic should be more consistent and a tad different than the og iteration. That being said, I'm pretty frustrated with Midjourney. Jon Snow remains the hardest character to pin down, but these were the two most satisfying attempts that I got. It didn't help that the new version of MJ somehow feels like a downgrade despite being lauded as 'better'.

Thanks for the heads up on the edited chapter, I'm always anxious about missing stuff like that, so a push notification is always appreciated.

Yea... Those four-fingered hands always bites at my eyes.

The other ones have a different sort of weird /despair. Heck, I didn't even notice the four-finger hand.

2026-09-05 13:00 The first image of Rhaena doesn't fit with her personality as a timid, cautious young woman in the fic. And Jon "I REALLY love fishing" Stark doesn't have enough of the ruggedness and roughness I'd expect from someone who's spent years fighting in the wilds of an iced up Planet's. First one is definitely better though. But even in a winter environment those who spend days outside tend to darken. But then again, I'm a 45 y/o curmudgeon whose hardly ever pleased by visual representation of literary characters.

I would think Jon Fisher would be pictured shirtless

The last one with the two versions of Rhaena in a red dress is my favourite. Specifically the one on the right side. I think it captures her youth best, while the others seem a bit more mature looking.
