Question and spoilers from last chapter… is she now a near squib and going to be recovering slowly or is her magic going to slowly decline or? As if I remember it right the ritual should have taken her ability to use magic

Austin

Or it was implied anyways

Austin

Ah so grind was just testing her ig?

Good chapter, glad to see he isn’t a squib or whatever he was anymore. I will say I’ve never been a fan of the “hiding my true power” trope or whatever you wanna call it, I don’t really think it has any benefits here. Aren’t all the people in his club there because he’s talented and able to teach them?

Platyperry

Aw, does Estelle think Juno took away her goddad lol?

Eric Lachance

Estelle shooting a fireball at Juno's face is hilarious.

This freaking idiot, he brought his girl home to see his other “girl”

God I love this story and can’t get enough of it. Chapters never come soon enough. Great work can’t wait to see the next arc.

Poor Nyx. He is going to come back as a great wyrm and Harry will be like 'wtf? Youve gotten fat. Overcompensating much?'

It WOULD be interesting to see how their peers react to their relationship upon a return to hogwarts. Or maybe Harry gets his name put into the goblet of fire as the homeschool representative (please, no, its a joke) But back to being serious, I would like to see more of both harry/juno and harry/estelle. Perhaps Sirius returns to teaching? Estelle would need to be at Hogwarts then. If Harry truly doesnt want to return to school, I would love to see him buy or start a business. Particularly if it was quidditch related. It would serve as a good cover for any lingering incapacity. Maybe he takes time off to go play for england in the world cup 😂. Just walks in and auditions for seeker before the start of the tournament.

First a correction, "And there was a letter string to his leg." Her leg? Anyway, some speculation about the last few chapters. Grindelwald seems to have been testing Juno when he asked her to give up her magic to save Harry's, seemingly happy about her willingness. He offers to fix him without that caveat, with a small favor, which is shown to be his death (though not confirmed). I wonder about the mind magic at play here, when Juno let him in. And now Harry has thick, damp and Old magic akin to a dungeon which certainly sounds like where Grindelwald has been spending his time. And Juno was slightly out of character in this chapter, whether it's related or just from her frantic month of activity chasing down ingredients I guess remains to be seen. Eager to claim her prize in the form of Harry, which has been hinted at in her previous POVs. It'll be interesting to see if any of these details end up being him influencing them through the ritual or if he was being helpful for his fallen subordinate and just wanted to die.

Clearly Grindelwald didn't simply die or you would have written so. In fact, I am not convinced he is dead at all. Voldemort demonstrated that splitting your soul is not the best idea, but why not use Juno to transfer it whole to a new host and assume a new identity? After all, he is a master of ritual magic, it should be doable. Though the problem with this idea is that the story might not have any place left for another strong character.

Question, When Harry questions what Juno meant by the tight pants, did she actually? I think it was meant to be funny but I don't get it. Did she just want to ogle her man's posterior or something?
