4 fun: the original ink and lines for the most recent greatures posted
scanning these days means taking a picture of these finished pages with my phone and editing them in photoshop to be straight black and white line work.
I can hear the firelink shrine music as I read it
the iphone i have takes rather large images so it’s relatively easy to do. the hard part is lighting it evenly

Maybe one of those DIY lightbox things could work? Maybe overkill though.
the answer was getting a “light diffuser” which is like a little nylon bootie that goes over my lamp and makes it less harsh
so it’s not a spotlight on just one part of the page, unevenly lighting it
i luckily bought the one that fits snuggly over my desk lamp. but i had to use two to get the effect needed. and it touches the bulb so i need to be careful with it overheating (if that’s possible)
i had drawn one more greatures strip, but did not finish coloring it and am currently on my way to visit family in Oklahoma. Here’s a panel from it
greatures sunday special #140 is a 5 page melodrama that I finished penciling today, just in time for Donkey Kong to come out tomorrow and ruin my work ethic
