It is important to keep this valuable trading card in the best condition possible. It is one of our most treasured items in the private RLM collection. A series 1 near mint Key Grip trading card from the behind the scenes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. It is kept in a safe to keep harmful UV light from eroding the brilliant colors on this magnificent piece.

Hey guys, I have a random trading card. It’s the TNG yesterday’s enterprise and I got Eric Stilwell to sign it at a convention in Eugene OR, back in the 90’s. Weirdly enough I ended up working with him in the Oregon Legislature, but anyway. If you think it’s worth having, I’d like to send it to you for your collection.

That's odd, Usually Mike just Laughs at the elderly.

JBlake

$10 they will use it as a lock pick to open up a really unsecured door.

J

When will the NFT of this picture of this card be available

Tim Harrod

You're not gonna show us the reverse side?

Dendo Star

Them doors ain’t gonna open themselves!

CCW_101

I assume this is getting pointlessly destroyed in the next episode... right? Foreshadowing?

Analog Pill

What a lovely piece, it's so cool that they did this, assuming it's genuine. The poor grips often feel undervalued and disposable on a film set. :3

Sir Digby Chicken Julio Caesar Chavez

I would easily give one million quiblets for this. I've been trying to get a hold of one for ages. Seriously though, who put this in a screw case??? The case is probably worth two dollars more than the card. EDIT: I don't know why I said "probably." The case is worth more *without* the card in it.

Lionel Mandrake

Holy-Fucking-Shit! Archival-quality lucite? Humidity-controlled safe?

Rankin Fithian

It takes a village! Shine on, you crazy key grip.

Brandon Marcello

Alan Alda fell on hard times in the late 1980s

John Kott

My most valuable card is the "Half In The Bag" card I got with Mike and Jay's autographs from 2012. No mention of a key grip on it though.

Matt Oliver

They need to come out with trading cards for Picard with big quotes on them so I can have “So you want to be ass-deep in Romulans for the rest of your life?” and “Sheer Fucking Hubris” framed on the wall.

Captain Spooky

Someone tell Mike that Lower Decks and Prodigy would restore his faith in and love of Trek.

Jonathan Joseph Chiarella

"Key Grip," eh? I'd say that makes him the best boy, but he's a bit old for that. "Best man" also seems inappropriate since he's not dressed up. I suppose "Best TNG trading card" it is.

Lelio Mulas

Did Mike spill beer on it already?

CSL

Don’t pretend you guys aren’t avid fans of the consummate key grip, the man who DEFINED the role for all others, Robert “Bob” Sordal. He doesn’t just tell people where to put C-stands. He exudes SEX. Look at how he’s dominating those gobo heads in the photo. You know you wish his practiced fingers were gently but firmly tightening YOUR lock-off knob.

Lisa Nix

I hate seeing this in a private collection. It belongs in a museum.

Jason DeMaria

I didn’t know Al Delvecchio was so multitalented

Charlie

My god… I think it’s actually EMITTING UV light somehow

plop

very sexy...

Robert Dodrill

I'll trade you a Tophat Monkey Goes West NFT that I acquired online for it.

Rulers RPG

They didn't even print his name on the card!

knowthycell

It’s on the back you dolt. I have 17 of these, mint.

Amazing Spidergram

That's a face that says, "I ain't doing shit. I'm on my break. Union rules."

Bill Lehecka

You should send it out to be graded.

David S

This needs to be buried in the time capsule with Feeders, so future generations can share in our joy…or try to decipher what society was like before based on this excellent image.

JTruts

Trade proposal:. 2 Rick Berman cards, one dual saber Rey action figure, Replicator 2 draft script.

Marsdriver

Jeez, do you guys even NEED a patreon anymore, given how much that thing is worth?

Rhea

Whatever Mike you probably kiss that card every night before you sleep

David Perek

Without this guy working on the show, you get something like 'Picard'.

Althaylos

When I read the comments on Patreon I always think, it's no wonder RLM doesn't particularly like their fan base.

Tim Fuglsang

This card was somehow sent back in time from the future. It's an image of what Rich Evans will look like in 20... 10... ah, who are we kidding, 5 years time. It's a cross-temporal preview of Rich's rapidly decaying physical form. That's why it's so treasured by Mike. Every now and then he will take it out of the safe and sit gazing intently upon it with a sick sort of beatific smile on his face while lovingly stroking the frame .

DonMac

Who the hell is that guy?

Amanda Foster

Someone make a Funko Pop of this guy pronto!

Shozbot

Take that card, bury it in a basement in Milwaukee for 1000 years, it becomes priceless!

Erik Sheedlo

I'll trade you my Kaft Service Associate for the Key Grip!

Kendel Fargo

Stuff like this has moved my smilie to a whole new Plateau!!! 🎅🏿👍

Scott Inman

Oh my GOD! Is that a 1993 Skybox Star Trek: The Next Generation 'Behind The Scenes' chase insert?

Scott Inman

The only card that is more valuable will be the Associate Producer or Script Supervisor. Imagine the returns ...
