I vote house. The house is kinda generic, but sufficiently spooky. The sign creates a weird light colored shape in the middle that isn’t very aesthetically pleasing. It’s also redundant; we don’t need 2 “Springwoods”

House, because it triggers memories, Springwood as a place isn't ingrained in my psyche and it's on the poster anyway, so the sign would be a bit redundant. I'll take my consultancy fee in Pizza rolls, leave them out the back, by the dumpster.
