Meanwhile, at the residence.
"Cough, cough!"
A huge boulder was kicked away, and a battered Al, gripping the longsword in his hand, crawled out from the ruins.
What happened?
He only remembered that not long after he had fought to the death with Kenma for over 30,000 times, Kenma had finally agreed to give up killing Priscilla.
Just as he was rejoicing, the entire residence collapsed on the spot as if it had suffered an earthquake.
He reacted abruptly, his mind, which had been somewhat dazed by the boulder, clearing up as he scrambled toward the location of the main hall.
"Priscilla-sama! Are you alright?!!"
Damn it!
Al desperately clawed at the long-collapsed main hall, trying to find any trace of Priscilla.
Gazing at the overlapping rubble before him and the shattered walls that were no longer luxurious, he did not give up. Even though his gloves had been worn to shreds, he was still desperately moving the rubble, shouting aloud.
"Priscilla-sama! If you're still alive, answer me!"
"Priscilla-sama!"
However, no matter how he dug, he never found any trace of the person in his heart.
When his hands were covered in blisters, Al knelt helplessly in the ruins, his voice choking. "Priscilla-sama... Don't scare me... Now is not the time to be joking... Priscilla-sama!"
At the very next instant, Al felt a crimson light flash before his eyes, and before he even had time to react, a heavy blow struck the back of his neck.
His words came to an abrupt halt, and he collapsed to the ground.
Kenma picked up the fallen Al with one hand, then soared into the air, his figure disappearing from the spot.
Before long, he stepped atop the head of a black dragon, beside whom lay an unconscious helmeted man.
"Capella, advance towards the Pleiades Watchtower."
Capella had already accepted her identity as a mount. Hearing Kenma's command, she let out a roar, her massive body charging straight into the distance.
...
Kenma was somewhat surprised. He hadn't expected such a coincidence.
When they arrived at the Pleiades Watchtower, a sandstorm happened to have just kicked up here.
Relying on Capella's formidable dragon body, they took only one minute to cross the magical barrier and arrive at the entrance of the Pleiades Watchtower.
Casually throwing the unconscious Al to the ground, Kenma sat at the stairs and began to instruct Capella, who had transformed into human form.
"Go up to the second floor, find a book named [Aldebaran] in the library above. Do not open any of the books, and be quick about it."
Capella headed to the second floor to search for Al's Book of the Dead, while Kenma sat in place, yawning somewhat boredly.
With nothing better to do and Al still not awake, he checked his attribute panel.

[Evaluation: Placed among a group of ordinary people, you are a very powerful existence. Even in this otherworld where monsters roam, your power has already reached the pinnacle. Aside from the few beings standing at the peak of the world, no one else can contend with you.]
Tsk tsk. My passive skills are really ridiculously numerous.
Come to think of it, all along the way, it seemed I had only been fighting relying on pure stats, lacking any corresponding cool skills at all.
When will I finally get another new active skill?
However, even relying just on these passives and stats, I'm already standing at the peak of the world, firmly holding at least an unshakable top-three position.
The only existences capable of quickly killing me left are the Sword Saint, Reinhard, and the Witch of Envy, Satella.
Yet as things stand now, neither of these two seem like the type to actively kill me. They have long since been incorporated into my own camp.
Therefore, Kenma planned to manually craft a badass enemy himself.
What he actually wanted to encounter more was the resurrected Sin Archbishop of Greed, Regulus.
That guy was simply an invincible stat-farming machine. No matter how high Kenma stacked his defense, Regulus could easily smash his body to pieces.
But the problem was that Regulus had disappeared, and there was a high probability he had been hidden away by the Witch of Vainglory, Pandora, leaving no trace to be found at all.
Just as Kenma was pondering, Al, who was lying on the ground in a deep baby-like sleep, finally woke up.
Clutching his helmet, he turned his head to look around in a daze.
"Where is this?"
"This is the Pleiades Watchtower. You were brought here by me." Kenma answered.
The Pleiades Watchtower?!
Al's heart chilled, obviously recalling some unpleasant memories from his mind.
This guy... What does he want to do?
Right! Priscilla-sama!
Al, having snapped to his senses, just wanted to open his mouth to ask when Kenma cut him off in advance.
"I know what you want to ask. Priscilla is already dead, and she died miserably, blown into a pool of minced meat all over the ground. I forgot to take a picture."
Al: "..."
Hearing the news of Priscilla's death, he lowered his head, and it took a full several seconds before he spoke again, his voice hoarse.
"You promised me that you wouldn't kill Priscilla."
Kenma shrugged, "Nothing wrong with that. I didn't kill Priscilla, it was someone under my command who accidentally killed her."
That was indeed true.
Capella = The person who killed Priscilla
Capella = Kenma's mount
Therefore.
The person who killed Priscilla = Kenma's mount
The person who killed Priscilla = Kenma
