Lord of the Glass Desert Ch. 45 (Patreon)

In my last post, I said I wasn't willing to talk about what had been going on in my life. Mentally, I wasn't in a place where I could. Over the past month, that has changed, so here's a quick rundown.

Some things were said between my wife and I while I was up taking care of my Dad that put our marriage in jeopardy. The subsequent talks triggered my wife to have a nervous breakdown and fall into a deep, but thankfully brief, depression. the past two months have been a time of reflection and rediscovery for us as we have been figuring out how to fix what was broken and what our marriage will look like going forward.

Though it has been an exceedingly difficult time, my wife and I feel that our marriage and relationship have never been stronger coming out of all this.

Now that the heavy stuff is out of the way, on to lighter news, specifically the latest chapter.

Considering how this one started, it ended up with a lot more sex in it than I originally planned. I'm not sure why, but the story just wasn't offering up any good stopping points. Still, I think it's a fun read, even if Kal is shirking his duties for some nookie. :P

Also, the first part might annoy some of you. I just want you to know, I get it, it annoyed me too, and I'm the freaking storyteller.
