Sorry for the relative quiet this month. The fecal material impacted the rotating air movement appliance, so to speak.

Some of you may remember back at the beginning of the year when I mentioned my wife took a new job and that the job she left came with our house at the time. This meant that we could rent the house until her former employers found someone to fill her position, at which point we would need to move out.

Guess what happened at the end of last month...

The past thirty days have been a mad scramble to find a new place (which took forever), pack up everything, move, unpack into a house that is literally a third the size of our last one (lots of furniture ended up going to charity or the side of the road with a "Free" tag on it), and try to turn this into our new home in a new city that, to be perfectly honest, we didn't want to move to.

Things have been a little rough, but we are making the best of it and can start looking at places closer to where we want to be, or better houses here if we decide we like the city, in a year.

Somehow, someway, among all of that, I managed to get a TRC chapter done.

Woo!

Gonna go collapse from exhaustion now. 😁

Enjoy!

Been another quiet month. Had more fecal material impacting on rotating air circulation devices?

Not really, but a good portion of the month was taken up by repairs around the new place. While it was "remodeled" just before we moved in, a lot of what they did fell into "landlord special" quality. On top of that has been the slow upgrading of the house's wiring. I've had my electronics fried by a lightning strike in the past and surge protectors don't work with old 2-prong 2-wire outlets. But that's just a small example of how busy things have been. All told I've had only a handful of days for writing but I am still expecting to get 27 out.
