Changing horses mid-stream... (Patreon)

So I started writing Ch 30 and wanted to give a little backstory that explained some upcoming interactions. I have since realized that it was taking too damn long to get to the action, so I have shoved it off to the side and am essentially starting over from scratch...

Which sucks...

A Lot.

But in hindsight, I think it's a good thing. I'm an avid anime watcher/manga reader, and nothing annoys the crap out of me more than getting into the climax of a battle and suddenly jumping into a full episode/volume of the villain's backstory. Naruto was awful for this crap, even doing it for minor, one-off bad guys.

I realized I was about to do the exact same thing. :P

I might turn what I've written into a side story or subchapter like Rowan's afterstory. But I already think it might be too long to put into the book, and I'm not even to the part I wanted to explain by writing it in the first place.

Just wanted to give you all an update as to what's going on. 😁
