Page 5 on the PDF: just after Roka's scene, the sentence starting with "More women jumped across.." is incomplete. Same in the HTM version. Can't check the azw3 or epub as I don't have programs that can read those.

Yeah, it's amazing the different directions the story can take when you let it. As you mentioned, Kal seizing Darrow's holdings was something you hadn't quite planned for and you are still figuring out the ramifications. You probably will be for a long while yet. That female mage was an interesting little wrinkle. We were all looking forward to having a proper fight between her and Kal, and then you pull that little stunt. Not sure how much of an impact that verbal beat down from Kal will have on her, but I imagine once she sees just how powerful he is, as well as how he behaves when not pissed off, she's going to reevaluate things a bit. I know Kal gave her two options for her future, but I can easily see her taking a third option, which is to attempt to attach herself to Kal's party and stay by his side until she gets what she wants. Or at least shadowing him so that she is less likely to draw his ire again.

It sound like you think stealing a bag of holding is hard. Remember Ria told Kal about the spell so that if his was stolen and he was still alive it (she) would return to him at sun down.
