Beyond Worlds: The Mis-taken Hero Ch.2 (Patreon)

First, I want to give a genuine Thank You! to LordBrom for the "Beyond Worlds" in the title.

Second, I want to clarify that I am NOT dropping TRC for this series. I'm feeling very frustrated with TRC at the moment, but I am working on plotting out the remainder of Kal's journey while simultaneously outlining the start of Titus's.

This is important because I feel like I need to choose Kal's direction more carefully than I have in the past. The story needs to end so a new one can begin. A new story that heavily features Kal and Elta against the machinations of an evil cleric and her new paladin. For that to happen, Kal needs to have the power to defeat Azrin and get his ass home (possibly rescuing a certain cat's sister along the way). Any story arcs need to be working toward that goal and these past few months have felt a bit too 'meandering' IMHO.

Just remember, TRC is neither dead nor dying. I just need some time away from it to reconnoiter, re-focus, and plan the road ahead. That being said, I hope to have another TRC chapter out next month, but will be focusing on planning/outlining for TRC and BW (maybe TWO?), and the next chapter of BW for the remainder of the month.

Enough of my yammering. Time for more Titus and Alise.
