It got thrown around a lot in this episode, but did Izzy actually kill Denny? I thought he died from a clot after the transplant. What she did to get the heart was not okay, but technically I don’t think any one killed Denny. Maybe there’s something I’m missing there.

so if i remember right he died of a stroke due to clotting so technically no that’s no one’s fault, but he wouldn’t have been in the position in the first place had izzie not cut his LVAD. she set in motion a series of events that led to his death. you can argue that her cutting the LVAD weakened his heart making him more susceptible to complications or you could argue that it would’ve happened regardless. honestly whatever narrative you want the situation to fit, it can. i personally think she caused the situation but i don’t “blame” her if that even makes any sense

Bailey is absolutely valid in being pissed off at Richard for not punishing Christina and Burke for what they did...because what do you mean you immediately treated her different and weird for having a kid but they got away with it because "no one got hurt/no one died"?!? plus Miranda has been having issues with Christina ever since she saw her take off her name from the surgery she was going to partake in

what always annoyed me here was Burke actin like he didn't jussst have an episode where he found an old towel he left in a patient. like he didn't just vouch for Meredith's career after she ALSO made a mistake. like c'mon, eye get you're fearful considering the tremor. but he was wylin not tryna give Derek a chance to correct dat as well! in my opinion. lmaooo

Alex had a valid reason to be upset about the situation and the lack of immediate consequences for Cristina’s unethical behavior. However, his reaction was also influenced by jealousy of her success. It seemed unfair because Cristina was in a relationship with an attending, which gave the impression that she could get into any surgery she wanted.
