I haven't commented in a while because I'm just exhausted and ready for season 5. You ask anyone if they gave a shit about Izzie and George and they'll most likely say no, but the writers wanna drag this shit out like we're supposed to give a fuck.

SkyS

Honestly no one gives two shits about it. I didn't even care for this storyline when I first watched Grey's as a teenager.... And they are just dragging it so much😭😭😭

I do believe Christina did need to learn to teach and treat her interns better. As much as Bailey was hard on them but she was teaching them. But the way Derek did it was so unappealing and just wrong. Great reaction friend

I know exactly what you mean. I haven't done a rewatch in a while, so I forgot how long this storyline dragged on for.

I absolutely agree. Christina isn't teaching them so much as barking orders, and I appreciate Lexie standing up for herself because calling them numbers isn't a good way to gain respect.

I agree that Christina should be nicer &Derek is annoying lol but Derek helping Lexie out is no different than when Yang was an intern and Burke was running around helping and they were going over Baileys head…Just like Meredith had Derek..so we can’t forget that. It was act worse then cause they were all messing with each…atleast now Derek is genuinely just helping Lexie.

Babyyyy you are sooo over George and Izzie 😂 😂 I feel yo though. That was my same reaction when I saw this storyline. Thank you for the reaction update. It gets better, actually you will be surprised.

Derek has been annoying this season with how he's treating his "relationship" with Meredith and how passive-aggressive he's been towards her but the Christina thing was one of the moments when he did the right thing but he could've dealt with it differently. now kicking Christina out of the room and attacking her without knowing the context of Lexi making a mistake and almost costing that boy his life or the ability of walking.... Christina needs to start treating her interns like humans and be nicer towards them, I'll never understand repeating the same cycle of stress and anxiety you went through on new interns. And I'm glad Izzy stood up for herself because I understand firmness is needed cause they are learning medicine but that's the literal point YOU'RE THERE TO TEACH THEM so she shouldn't "stand in the corner and hug the wall". And you're so right about the fact that Callie either needs to fully forgive George (I personally couldn't do it) and move on completely or deal with it. I know Izzy felt like the lowest of low when Alex, previously known as the hoeing intern, was judging her for having an affair with George. you're right about Derek being correct about telling Christina this is a teaching hospital but that he should've done it privately and not in front of the intern to undermine her authority. and it's okay boo, we are here to hear you talking and your thoughts about all these shows and characters so keep talking as long as you want!

I feel bad for Katherine Heigl because I know she absolutely hated this storyline too.

Christian is my favourite character (besides maybe being tied with Lexi sometimes) but Derek as 100% in the right - Christina was letting personal issues with Lexi cloud her judgement+ she has not been TEACHING her interns which is her job as a resident in a teaching hospital. Derek has his flaws but he was always a good teacher.
