I'm not really a fan of horror, probably my least favorite genre. Though there are some exceptions: Alien, Jaws, The Thing, The Others. I especially don't care for slashers, which this movie pokes fun at. But this film is just so well done and such a blast, I've seen it numerous times, and looking forward to this reaction! Alan Tudyk is such a fantastic actor. He's brilliant at playing both unhinged, psycho characters and straight-up comedic ones. He has been in an incredible number of projects over the years, but usually in smaller supporting roles, where he often steals every scene he's in, and a ton of voice acting. If you're looking for other movies where he has a more prominent, although not a lead role, I would recommend Death at a Funeral (2007) /the original UK version, not the mediocre US remake/, and A Knight's Tale (2001).

If anyone has issues with sync, this movie always gives me sync issues when watching reactions. If you're in Region 2 then the only one I've found that lines up with the Region 1 version is the German Blu Ray. iTunes doesn't, the UK blu and Spanish blu don't either. Love this movie and finally have a copy that syncs correctly.

Trust your patrons ladies. I knew this would be right up your alley. I'm so happy I got to watch this with you guys. I hope this makes up for Wash getting speared in Serenity.

Everyone reacts to this movie...should get decent YT views.

Also if you pick another not 70 80 90 thing, Safety Not Guaranteed is def worth a watch. Similar schtick but without the accidental impalements.

great flick. and it ticks off another one off my Halloween watch list

Fantastic watching this later tonight!!!!

Totally Whatever

We are slightly obsessed with Alan Tudyk after watching Firefly - particularly Carolyn. We will look at those other films.

This was really funny 😁. The chainsaw scene was good but the best line was Dale 'they cut off his bowling fingers!' I only know Katrina Bowden from this movie and 30 Rock(fantastic show, nice reference Carolyn). The scene in the bowling alley at the end reminded me to suggest you watch The Big Lebowski or Kingpin or both.😊

Totally Whatever

Ha ha, thanks! It was nice to laugh and scream at the same time. We have those two movies in the queue.

Very awesome reaction! This is a great comedy. 🎭

REDR58

Yes, A Knight‘s Tale is very good!

REDR58

Not too much to say other than what an entertaining reaction this was! The stuff hanging in the cabin when Dale first walked in and touched it were flytraps. Yuck! Katrina Bowden (Allie) was a lot of fun and did a really nice job. It’s too bad she isn’t in more movies! For what it is worth, according to Wikipedia, the last update on a possible sequel for this was in 2017 and it said it wasn’t going forward. That’s too bad but who knows maybe someday something will happen.

Totally Whatever

So glad you liked this one! What a bummer about the sequel - would be great to see them parody a "bad" sequel.

Wade Wallenstein

This was hilarious! I've only seen edited reactions so watching the full thing was awesome!

Totally Whatever

Awesome! So glad you enjoyed our full-length. We had a great time with this one.

Wade Wallenstein

I could tell! Nanette always on edge had me rolling 🤣

Totally Whatever

🤣 I don't think she is going to make it through October.

Wade Wallenstein

Given what I've seen over the years we are in for some great scares 🤣

REDR58

For sure! Btw, that stuff hanging in the cabin that you asked about that I said are flytraps, another reactor I watched said they are horse teeth and I think that’s what they are! Anyway, on to the next movie! After football! 😄

Totally Whatever

Yikes! Horse teeth- wouldn’t have guessed that. Enjoy the game!

Jon Goranson

Great reaction! Yes, a sequel could have been great! Love this movie! I have read that Tucker didn't turn off the chainsaw to try and use the smoke on the bees. Not sure if that's the case or not. Yes to knowing that wood chipper would be bad! I commented on the video itself but this deserves more! Thanks again! Take care!

Totally Whatever

So glad you liked this one!! The chainsaw scene still makes me laugh just thinking about it.
