Ooops, I put a minor spoiler that I was convinced was covered in episode one. Loved the reaction to one of my desert island shows/movies. Is it going to be one episode weekly?

Hunter Henry

You guys did a great job with this video

GomezAddams

This is going to be fun. If you haven't seen it, Sherlock on the BBC is excellent and I think you'll both really enjoy it. 🔎🫶

Wade Wallenstein

This was a great reaction! It synced up well with my Blu-Ray copy as well. We're going to need a "WHAT?!" counter from now on lol

thebeefmaster

Glad that you are doing and enjoying this one. The "Bring out your dead" guy is Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Greg In East TN

Commenting as I go along. I think they were closing the gate to keep people out. Did you notice the price of gas? Lots of recognizable faces in this one for sure. It shows what a great actor Rob Lowe is. There's a very fine line between civilized society and anarchy. I saw this on the national news in New Orleans during Katrina, but it was real life anarchy. The "Bring Out Your Dead" guy was the co-pilot in Airplane! "Bring Out Your Dead!" is right out of Monty Python's Holy Grail. It's great how the story grows and builds.

AdrianF

Or people should just buy shit.

Totally Whatever

We have ep. 1 & 2 in the can. The plan is one episode per week, yes.

Totally Whatever

No, we didn't notice the price - what was it? We saw this before Monty Python's Holy Grail - shoot!

Greg In East TN

1.05 for reg gas 9 Pence for each dead in holy grail. 😉

Mark M

Thanks Beefmaster. It is unavailable to me so this helps out.

Jay Davis

I'm torn... watch right away or wait and binge? Agh! Good problems, I guess.

M. O. O. N.......that spells awesome... Loving that you're doing a Stephen King Mini Series, and this is a great one.... would also love to see you do the two parter adaptation of "Salem's Lot" as well from 1979 starring David Soul.....that one scared me so much watching it as a kid.

Mark M

co-pilot Roger Murdock from Airplane!? Cool!

Totally Whatever

We will take a look at Salem’s Lot, thanks for the suggestion.

Jay Davis

I couldn't wait. Watch the first episode... but I'll probably end up binging the whole thing later after it's all out anyway. LOL

Armchair Rizzard

Just finished the unabridged version of this book for the first time and i liked it immensely. This is perfect timing!

Prof Moff

I was going to join but was waiting a bit until I saw this. The Stand (this version) is just one of my fav TV/movie watches ever. My poor dvd has run almost each and every year sine the mid 90s when I bought it. And I loved your reactions. Can't wait for the rest of the nights

softshoes

This was before Kathy Bates was KATHY BATES😁, among others. WHAT!! My favorite King book. They did a pretty good job of staying true to the book. I can't recommend this enough, although it's 1000 pgs or so.

Dorsalfinsky

How did I miss this? Well better to watch while the Sun’s rising instead of the other way around.
