Check your purge volumes for sure bc do you need it to be purging out more before it switches to its next color especially used in black-and-white filaments regardless of the model.

Can someone help me with how to fix this problem please ?

Print it flat! If it is curved try to edit it in fusion 360 or another app like it. Then you can just use a heat gun to shape it to the cup after printing

hey! i have been printing ur 12 ounce cups. the smooth one, printed a soccer lid last night and its more loose fitting than the others, looks like it doesnt have the gripes inside like th other. is there a thing im doing wrong or another file?
